Ibis Roost - Great Location

Very good communication with Tyler and Barbara pre-stay. This was our first visit to BHI and they made sure we had all the information necessary for ferry, tram, etc. Arrived at house at check-in and everything as described. Nice setup for our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids). Everything clean and neat. There was a small issue with ice machine, but Tyler came over and kept bags of ice supplied to us for the week while being repaired. Love the location..very close to Maritime Market, 10 min golf cart ride to the BHI club. Golf carts were fully functional. One of them is "maintenance style" with closed in front cab - this one was used to put car seat in for the 1 year old in the group. Overall - we had a fantastic week at Ibis Roost and will definitely look to return on future family trips.

Spring break at sunburst cove

We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to BHI. The house was very comfortable for our 3 generation family of 6. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and some pantry basics. Lots of streaming options on the TVs. Lo 0kp l ll. Pop up

Loved having a pool!

We had a great labor day weekend here. The house was the perfect size for our family. We didn't even do the BHI Club membership this time because we had a pool right across from us! This was important because BHI Club didn't let guest members in on weekends all summer anyway. Highly recommended.

Great vacation!

Had a wonderful time on Bald Head! Tyler was awesome and very responsive when we got a flat tire in our golf cart! The pool next door was a bit for the kids! Thanks for a memorable trip!

Great Location

Great location within the neighborhood. Kids spent lots of time in the morning and early evening at the pool. The beach was easy to get to but did require a cart ride. House was well equipped with beach chairs and toys.

Great House with Everything You Need to Enjoy a Vacation

This was our first time on Bald Head Island and this house was a great place to call home base. We loved that it was tucked away in the shade with a community pool steps from the house. The screened-in porch was perfect for early morning coffee and drinks after a day exploring the island. The house was clean and comfortable and the owner was very easy to reach for questions. Highly Recommend! One thing that I will mention that has nothing to do with this house but is good to know for your BHI vacation planning...I would not recommend purchasing the BHI Club membership since this house has a pool. It was too restrictive and required reservations for everything. We found it to be a huge waste of money.

Bald Head Girls Trip

Five women celebrated a big birthday in this charming cottage. The location was central to everything and the pool was right across the road. The house was clean and was very comfortable. The kitchen is pretty cozy. Communication with the manager and owner was excellent and they were very responsive.

Lovely Beach Cottage!

This cute, well appointed cottage seems surprisingly spacious! The master suite is huge and there’s lots of room to sit and relax in the comfortable, attractive living room and on the glassed in porch. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed to cook meals for 5. We greatly enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed for a fabulous week at Bald Head!

Perfect spot for families

Really enjoyed staying here. First time on the Island and so wasn’t sure what to expect or have a sense of which locations might be better / worse. This place was perfect because it was easy to get to the all the places we wanted to go and having access to the community pool meant we could just chill there when we didn’t feel like going to the club or the beach, both of which were super easy to get to. Property was well equipped and felt bigger than the sq ft suggests. Would highly recommend.
