Our semi-detached house consists of two flats.
One flat for max. six persons is located on the ground floor with a living space of approx. 60 sqm, air conditioning, 22 sqm terrace.

Two bedrooms with double bed (one bedroom with LED TV) and a small bedroom with double sofa bed 160 x 200 cm in comfort height, approx. 45 cm, recommended for 2 children. There is also a shower and separate WC as well as a large 22 square metre covered terrace.

The second flat with separate house entrance for six people with an area of 70 square metres is spread over two floors, one part on the ground floor and the other on the upper floor. The part of the flat on the ground floor is 20 square metres in size and has a kitchen with a 2-burner gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. There is also a dining area and a bathroom with shower and WC.
