Genau so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben.
Der Gesamteindruck war soweit prima, wenn man natürlich ein typisches ungarisches kleines Ferienhäuschen mit dem Charme vergangener Zeiten kennt, schätzt und damit umgehen kann.
Platztechnisch würde ich maximal 3 Personen empfehlen, da die Räume sehr beengt sind, was der Bauart und dem Grundstück geschuldet ist.
Die Badewannen-Dusch-Kombination mit Wasserboiler und Duschmarkiese ist ein Abenteuer für sich. Zur Not kann man Duschen, aber bei 35 Grad ist man hinterher mehr am Schwitzen als vorher, weil es schon fast in Sport ausartet.
Ansonsten ist alles bestens. Küche, TV, Klimaanlage, etc. funktionieren Einwandfrei.
Wir hatten unsere beiden Jack Russell Terrier dabei und waren angenehm überrascht, dass das Grundstück sehr gut eingezäunt ist und man somit keine Angst haben muss, dass man sein Tier suchen muss. Ebenfalls von Vorteil ist es, dass viele Nachbarn Hunde haben, so dass sich niemand daran stört, wenn doch mal Gebellt wird. Die Leute dort sehen inzwischen den Hund auch mehr als Haustier, was das Verständnis dieser Nachbarn allgemein betrifft, jedoch nicht am Strand. Ed gibt trotzdem auf dem Weg dort hin, nach dem Bahnübergang links, eine Stelle, wo die Hunde auch mal ins Wasser können. Wenn man demonstrativ mit dem Kotbeutel umgeht, sammelt man noch zusätzlich +Punkte.
Alles in allem waren unsere 3 Wochen sehr entspannt und erholsam. Wer gern in einem typisch ungarischen Örtchen auf der Terrasse sitzt, während die Hunde im Garten Eidechsen jagen und draußen auf der Straße Kinder noch richtig spielen, 1-2 Mal am Tag gemütlich die 10 Minuten zum Strand geht, um zu baden oder etwas zu essen, um dann Abends den Grillen zu lauschen während die Sonne untergeht, der ist hier genau richtig.

Schlüsselübergabe gestaltet sich als sehr Umständlich.Für Urlauber die noch über 1000 km Rückreise vor sich haben , ist die Rückgabe der Schlüssel,ausnahmsweise bei uns 8.00Uhr ,die Regel ist ab 9.00Uhr eine Zumutung.Wir waren bisher Urlauberfreundlicher untergebracht.Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter ließ zu wünschen übrig.Bei meiner Buchung,bat ich um sofortige Rückmeldung, per mail,da wir am nächsten Morgen 3.30 Uhr schon unseren Urlaub antraten.Telefonisch war leider nur ein Mitarbeiter ,der ausschließlich englisch sprach.Mein Schulenglisch liegt aber schon über 50 Jahre zurück,so dass ich i hm unser Problem nicht erklären konnte. In Ungarn hatte ich Schwierigkeiten mit der Netzverbindung sodas ich telefonisch nicht zu erreichen war.Wir traten dennoch unsere Reise zum gebuchten Urlaubsort an,und fassten uns in Geduld bis 17.00Uhr.Mit Hilfe der Anwohner gelang es uns einen Kontakt zum Verwalter her zu stellen.Urlauber freundlicher wäre es gewesen,man hätte uns 16.00 Uhr an der Ferienwohnung in Empfang genommen.Zur Wohnung nur so viel,auf den ersten müden Blick,suber.Aber auf den zweiten Blick nicht mehr ganz so.Sicherlich sind es auch die Urlauber die diesen Schmutz hinterlassen,aber angesichts ,das die Wohnung eine Woche zuvor rereinigt wurde war sie doch sehr verstaubt.Auch die Kochnische ließ zu wünschen übrig.Fazit:wir fahren im nächsten Jahr wieder auf unsere gewohnte Südseite des Balaton.
