Four bedded grade two listed 1800's house on chapel grounds

This place is unique! Built in 1880s and originally belonging to the Chapel, it’s thought the house was used by members of the congregation or those working in the Chapel.

The house is split over three floors with four bedrooms and three bathrooms! It has recently been renovated and has a log fire, outdoor space and is placed right in the town centre with access to the beautiful Bala Lake.

The ground floor has two large four seater sofas, a smart TV and log burner. The kitchen has a dinning room table with benches and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal for the full family or friends you are staying with. There is a downstairs shower room & toilet and a washer, dryer and dishwasher in the utility room. Upstairs you'll find four bedrooms over two further floors and two further bathrooms. The bedrooms are two king rooms, one double room and a final twin room with two single beds. The bathrooms have a bath and a further large shower room.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Zip line experience

Well appointed, with everything we needed, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops.The small gauge railway is a short walk across the lake top. The house is clean and well maintained. We had a small problem getting into the property, but the owner sorted it out very quickly. Overall excellent property.
