Outrageously overpriced to take advantage of COP29, 5 star prices for a just passing 3 star hotel. Bathroom shower door didn't shut so flooded the room every time, the room stank of sewerage, and the bed was rock hard. Breakfast was fine for the level of hotel (although not the extortionate pricing), a fair bit of variety.

the name of the hotel was Hazz hotel not the one i book in the hotel and we lost because we were checking on vertage in hotel and we couldn't find it tell we get help from the people around even them they didn't know this hotel tell one of them go inside and ask Hazz hotel then the receptionist said in rude way to him this is the hotel, what been done by this hotel is totally wrong and unacceptable in confusing the customers then they did not let me check in up in Hazz hotel they said is full they bring me to another door next to it i think it was like small hostel it was a disaster starting from the rooms toll the bathrooms the place was look like no star at all plz before pay go and and check the rooms if you like it pay if not run away better
