Summary:

Historic stone arches meet a practical central base a few minutes from Fountain Square, Nizami Street and the Old City. This first-floor one-bedroom apartment sleeps up to 4 on a queen-size bed of about 160 by 200 cm and two genuine pull-out sofa beds, each adult-tested for one adult. It also has a dedicated work surface with a chair and power nearby, an in-unit washer, an electric stove and remotely controlled radiant floor heating. There is no elevator.



The Space:

The apartment is on the first floor. Sleeping arrangements are one queen-size bed approximately 160 × 200 cm and two genuine pull-out sofa beds, each adult-tested for one adult. A dedicated work surface, chair and nearby power are provided. The apartment has an electric stove and remotely controlled radiant floor heating; message us if heating support is needed. There is no fireplace and no elevator.



Laundry: An in-unit washer and a folding, non-electric air-drying rack are provided.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire apartment through its direct private entrance; no shared building entrance is used. Self check-in is available from 15:00, and detailed arrival instructions are sent before check-in.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is on Molla Vali Vidadi Street, close to Nizami Street, Fountain Square, Sahil Garden, cafes, restaurants, shops, and the Old City. The area is central, walkable, and convenient for both sightseeing and short city stays.



Getting Around:

Nizami Street, Fountain Square, Sahil Garden and the Old City are nearby and the city center is easy to explore on foot. Metro stations and ride-hailing apps connect to the rest of Baku. Free street parking is available, but spaces are not guaranteed in the busy center. Baku Airport is usually around 25–35 minutes away by taxi, depending on traffic.



Other Things to Note:

This is a single-level, first-floor apartment in an older historic building. The bathroom is compact and its ceiling is about 185 cm. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Smoking, pets, parties, and events are not allowed. Tell us before arrival if either pull-out sofa bed should be prepared.

Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Subject to availability and written confirmation, early check-in from 13:00 and late check-out until 13:00 are USD 15 each; arrival before 13:00 generally requires booking the previous night. We do not provide dedicated luggage storage; guests should arrange storage directly with a staffed third-party provider or their transport provider before check-in or after checkout. Airport transfer can be arranged for USD 25 for up to 3 guests or USD 50 for up to 7 guests. Optional services are confirmed only after our team replies through the booking platform.
