Hotel was about 15 mins cab ride from the City Centre. Our room was very big but dated. Though room was non smoking our room smelt strongly of smoke and we had to leave the window open whenever we were in the room. Breakfast wasn't great. Staff were helpful enough

Nice hotel, delicious food, reasonable

Good economical hotel

We loved our stay in New Baku Hotel, especially because their staff was super friendly, at front desk I remember Sekina, she was always helpful. Breakfast still has a room for improvement, room was spacious and location was also good.

Dirty walls in the room. Dirty carpet in room and corridors. I don't think so they ever clean them. Dirty windows. No kettle in the room. Safe wasn’t working in the room so had to put our important stuff on the reception We booked double bed and the room had smell of cigarette and even towels had smell of cigarette, i asked them to change the room next day which they did but the next room was actually two single beds attached together so bed from the middle was uncomfortable. 4* hotel didn't even have a bellboy to send the key of second room, we had to go to lobby ourselves to bring the key. Air conditioner not working, all rooms are smoking room with smell of smoke so the 2nd room we got also had smell of cigarette after the airfreshner smell went away. Uncomfortable pillows. Poor variety of breakfast. Had dinner one night at the restaurant, 45 mins waiting time for a sandwich and soup but taste wasn't that bad. Never ever staying there.
