Very reasonably priced hotel, nothing fancy but did the job. Staff speak English and were very helpful. Word of warning print off location on a map prior to going as taxi drivers in Baku are not the best and struggle to find even the most famous locations

Hotel claimed didn't have reservation despite showing confirmation. Paid for room. Was absolutely appalling, couldn't stay, had to check out and find another hotel which was expensive and hard to find as europa league final

For the price I paid, I wasn't expecting much. But I certainly wasn't expecting it to be filthy or to be kept awake at night by rats running around. The worst part was the bathroom/toilet/shower. It looked like it has never been cleaned.
