Hotel Reception is permanantly closed Contact number isn't working Hotel is on sub renting through another hotel management First surprise, there isn't any trolleys available to move luggage. I was with family and having 9 pieces of bags + stroller and car seat. The whole luggage I had to moved in the room by myself back and forth in 5 visits. No breakfast served. I bought including breakfast. Management says they will return some amount for not serving breakfast No proper cleaning Commode flush toilet isn't working There is no direct dialing available to connect at reception

Hotel é muito bem localizado, apenas isto, mas o Serviço de quarto é ruim, o Banheiro é muito ruim, além de ter sumido "200 euros" de dentro da minha bolsa no Quarto, pois saí de manhã para passear e quanto voltei tinham mexido na minha Mochila, infelizmente.

Das Hotel ist eine Katastrophe. Auf der Bestätigung stand, 2 Zimmer mit Stadtblick. Ein Zimmer hatte gar kein Tageslicht, nur ein Fenster direkt in das Einkaufszentrum, das andere hatte Blick auf den Hinterhof. Die Fenster liessen sich nicht öffnen und waren stark verschmutzt. Die Badezimmer sind schimmelig, bei einem Badezimmer musste nachdem die Brause kaputt ging, die Mischbatterie ausgewechselt werden und bei einem Badezimmer konnte nur eiskalt geduscht werden. Das Personal ist nett aber Inkompetent. Das Hotel kann wirklich nur mit seiner tollen Lage punkten.

dreckiges ratenloch mit unfreundlichen personal und kriminelen methoden. wir haben eine familien suite gebucht. bei der anreise war sie besetzt und wir bekamen ein kleines ersatzzimmer mit ungenügend betten und bettzeug. auf anfrage bekamen wir ein kaputtes klappbett und dreckige bettwäsche. am nächsten tag sollten wir mit der managerin reden. am nächsten tag dann hatten wir kein warmes wasser und der wasserhahn war undicht. mit der managerin war kaum zu reden da sie sehr unfreundlich war und dann auch noch angefangen hatte zu schreien und uns zu beleidigen. auf unsere antwort reagierte sie indem sie uns aus dem hotel warf und männer anrief die uns wegfahren sollten. wir waren mit einem 10 jahrigen kind da, sodas wir uns entschloßen hatten das hotel zu wechseln. wir hatten dann ein sehr freundliches hotel in der altstadt bekommen. city walls hotel. zwar nicht das wofür wir bezahlt hatten, aber ruhig, nett und freundlich.
