Istanbul Hotel Baku

The hotel is in a central part of Baku. Servis is okay but restrooms and showers are in common usage. None of the rooms has separated restrooms and showers. Before book an hotel pls. ask it.

Scam hotel ! AVOID!

I came with a 3 day reservation through Expedia, I had a flight cancellation that didnt allow me to arrive for my first night. I sent the hotel a message saying I wouldn't make it in Baku the first night. Upon arriving for my second night, i was told my reservation was cancelled, although through Expedia I was still very much booked. Apparently they had given my room to someone else.. It took me 2hours of arguing with the manager, and eventually he "gave me" in exchange for 50Manat a terrible room to share with my colleague, that looked more like a storage room without AC, filled with moskitoes.. and with terrible cleanliness issues. We spent our "first" night in it, with the thought that we'd be given a much better room than our initial reservation for our my last night. Turns out the room was really average, one bed for two people.. we ended up leaving early to the airport and decided not to spend any more time in this place anymore. The manager will scam you.. avoid at all costs!

This is the worst dump of a hotel i was supposed to stay in.Your advert and description is nothing like this hovel i have stayed in better hostels. I have posted on media not to trust Hotels.com.I refused to stay and found another hotel at additional expence.When i arrived they said it wasn't payed and demanded the money then tried to put me up in someones filth apartment not in hotel.Will never use

Грубое отношение

Гостиница в процессе ремонта. Грязно и шумно. Указанная в бронировании ванная отсутствовал вообще-удобства только на этаже. Человек с ресепшна представившись хозяином(имя не сказал, турок) очень грубо обращался, провоцировал чуть ли не на драку. Посещение посетителей запрещены, даже если оставляешь документ. По телефону приезд утром был согласован, тем не менее при мне порвали напечатанную резервацию, мол опаздали, заселим не по брони. Очень неприятное впечатление-не советую.

Mega dårligt hotell.

Om dette hotellet er det berre negative ting å seie. Alt som står beskrevet om hotellet på Hotels.com er bare tull. Der står blant anna at der bad på romma og det stemmer overhode ikkje. Der var eit bad i kvar etasje fordelt på 4-5 rom. Servicen er mega dårlig. Når vi kom, så hadde dei til å begynde med, ikkje rom til oss. Som vi hadde betalt på førehand. Vart tilbydt ei leilighet som såg ut å vere forlatt i full fart. Etter kvart fekk vi krangla til oss kvar sitt rom. Eg vil gi dette hotellet 0 stjerner. Eg vil på det sterkaste fraråde folk til å bestille dette hotellet.
