This is a nice hotel, personnel are friendly, cosy rooms. All the answers were responded quickly. Special thanks to the chief, your breakfasts and applicable to children will be remembered for a long time)))

this hotel is very quit and all the staff was kind the room was clean and good with good view if you get room in the up floor the speed of internet was good although i hadn't iron in the room , we called and bring it unfortunately that time swimming pool was closed and another things somebody smoke in the corridor and i hate the smell of cigrate the safe box was very old and i cant work with it; i prefer not use it

We booked 2 rooms for 1 week. Just an average 4* hotel, not a 5* at all. Mattress was a little too firm. Room service was very weak. They didn't refill the toiletries every day. Some days they put just a shampoo and some days nothing at all. There were no kettles in the rooms. We asked for it 4 times they said the hotel was full and they were out of kettles which was a lame excuse. A 5* hotel should have a kettle in each room. They sent one to one of our rooms on the 3rd day with no tea or coffee. 2 days later and after a lot of complaints, they sent some teabags and instant coffees. Smoking was allowed in our floor and in our room but the windows didn't open so we couldn't get any fresh air in our room after smoking. Pool was not private. People came to the pool from outside and there were a lot of kids who were taking swimming lessons there. So it was noisy and crowded most of the times. But the Olympus pool bar was good and the staff were really nice and friendly. The best thing about this hotel was the restaurant and its staff. Breakfast was good and the staff were very kind and helpful. Chef was great. He had a very cheerful personality and always greeted guests with a smile. He was always walking among the tables asking guests if they needed something specially made for them. Location was good. Just a short trip to the city center. Internet connection was good. They put 4 bottles of water in the room everyday which was nice. All in all, do not expect the service and the quality of a 5* hotel and you'll be just fine.

What a WOW stay! We spent 6 nights here as we attended the F1 - it was most amazing! Our room was spacious and beautifully furnished. An awesome fruit and wine basket was delivered to our room to welcome us. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent - the Olympus Centre comprises a fully fledged gym, massive swimming pool, kids pool, steam room etc - so go prepared so you can enjoy these facilities. The restaurant staff were just awesome too. Head Chef was always on the floor , seeing to his guests personally and ensuring that you had anything you felt like eating for breakfast (despite the huge spread they put out) even ice cream! The fact that he knew us by name was so impressive and personalised. It is on the bus route and so easy to go to the Old City. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and if we return to Baku we would be staying here again. Highly recommended if you visit Baku for the F1 next year!

We had 2 rooms there one for me and my wife and the other for rest of family.our room was great but the other room was not good especially the extra bed that was not comfortable and design and facilities of that bath room was old and not as good as our room. Our room space was very good and it has a very good balcony. Lobby is not suitable for 5 star hotel it is like 3 stars hotel but staff were kind.unfortunately lots of staffs cant speak english well. I hadn't try the pool but my brother and dad went there and left the pool because they said it was very bad.

The room is beautiful, with a balcony overlooking the city. We like a firm mattress, and are always happy to get home after a vacation to sleep in our own bed. The mattress on the bed here is the firmest we have ever slept on and may be even better than our own at home. We initially booked through Hotels.com. Don't. We got an e-mail a few days before our departure from hotels.com saying that this hotel was no longer available and we should choose a different one. My wife called the hotel directly and was told that they have never been associated with hotels.com or any other such booking agency. We arrived in Baku at 7:30 AM. My wife called ahead to notify them that we would be checking in early. We arrived at the hotel at about 9:30 AM and our room was ready for us. We were invited to get the free buffet breakfast that is included. The breakfast is very good, is included, served until 10:30 AM - a variety of fruit, vegetables, cereals, breads, deli meats and sausages, eggs, yogurt, fruit juices, coffee, tea... Every day the chef comes out to ask if we want to order a special omelet. There is complimentary coffee and tea in the room, (regular, not decaf; sugar but not creamer). We get 4 bottles of water in our room every day when they do housekeeping. (The hotels we stayed at previously provided 2). We were given a complimentary can of peanuts, and one of potato chips when we arrived, and another one the following week. Yesterday we ordered room service. The food was excellent and the portions generous. I got dushbara (soup with little meat filled tortellini-like things) and chicken tabaka (whole chicken with fries). My wife got the lentil soup and mangal saldad. I ordered 2 cokes and it came with a large basket of bread, croutons for the salad, vinegar to add to the soup) The total cost was 39 Manat, or about $21.75. Everything was delicious. We didn't eat much of the bread because there was so much other food. Nisa, with whom my wife spoke on the phone and by e-mail and who arranged our reservations after hotels.com didn't is very nice. We see her every morning at breakfast. All the dining room staff are very friendly and attentive. We paid about $80.00 per night, which is less than other hotels we stayed at in Baku previously. with 3 shelves. Night table on each side of the bed with 2 drawers each, very nice lamp on each, light over the bed, floor lamp between the 2 chairs, desk with chair. mirrors. There is an electrical outlet on each side of the bed which can take either European or American style plugs, although they are 240v. but cell phone chargers and computers can take either voltage without a transformer. The bathroom has a 110v. outlet for electric shavers. We highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed for three nights in late Sept and found its room ver clean. It was on the 9th floor and looked refurbished. Actually it's a new hotel. Check in and out was simple. The breakfast is comprehensive and they can make you fresh omelettes. I tried its dinner once, Azeri saj, and it was delicious. The staff were also kind and attentive.

for my first time in baku ,we choose this hotel for pool for my children and it was good for us..when we recevied to hotel unfortunatly our room wasnot ready and late check in for room but they gave me temporary family room until ready our room and we had a late check out for this ....the stuff very kindly and polite ..we enjoied from location of hotel and bereliant breakfast...bus station is near to hotel and taxi is 5 azm to old town and other place around city center..the lobby is not big but the gym is very good and hotel have a disco that entrance for hotel guest is free of charge...the public toilets in hotel not very clean specialy in pool area ...

It was a good 5star hotel with nice and friendly welcome. The room service was great. I enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool a lot. As I booked it earlier, it was perfectly reasonable. Breakfast staff was so polite and caring as the breakfast was great. The location was great and it was near to some nice cafe' s and restaurants.

The hotel have very good facilities for its price, really nice view, the breakfast is very good, you may chose from cheese, bread, fruits, cereal, meat, egg and else. The staff was pretty kind, room service was very good and the food was amazing, you may try the soups, fish and chips and hamburger. Careful with the minibar, only free things are tea and water, peanuts and pringles ARE NOT FREE
