Overall not a bad place to stay but there are some details that chat needs more attentuon such as - putting fresh towels and shampoo/soap everyday (they fo it each 3rd day) - having only one lift in a big hotel. It is very slow - receptionists sitting down most times and not very customer service minded - not caring about customer needs(example i asked for batteries for remote vontro, and it never came) - pool sauna openning very late and closing soonn in the evening Either way, thanks for your service and amazing breakfast.
