The staff have enough experience to make the customer happy. Hotels placed outside popular destinations get more advantages from their online visibility on their gross and net profitability than hotels placed in popular destinations. • Hotels with higher star-rating get more benefits from online visibility on their gross and net profitability. • Hotels with a lower degree of local competition get more benefits from online visibility on their gross and net profitability.
This property is awesome and luxury, near to the down town and the loopy was excellent. Try to get a room end with *20 it’s large and big as it comes on the building edge. The resection was helpful and the laundry service good and fast. Thanks Saeed
I really enjoyed the stay on the hotel, loved the amazing view of Baku from the Flame Tower both the morning and night view. I have booked see view deluxe room which was spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel and extended our 5 days stay to 7 nights. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping were keen to provide you with whatever you need 2-3 times a day. The hotel lobby was great with the pianist playing in the evening. The only thing was annoying is that you hear the wind sound and lightings at night, which is not comfortable if you are a light sleeper. Even the rooms were not sound proof as you can here people on the corridor walking. The TV list was limited, no much international and entertainment channels, majority were local and news channels. Another issue occurred at check out, that they have lost our baggage and hand it to other guest, which we had to wait to call the guests which they were on their way to the airport (I guess) to come back and hand us our baggage. Such is not acceptable with 5 star hotel to hand on baggage without the tag.

I’ve been fortunate as a Intl Ring Official ,Boxing , to travel the world and have visited over 30 Countries so re hotels.. I’ve been in the worse to the best...but the Fairmont Baku, in Azerbaijan, one of the Famous Flame Towers, was one of my top stars in terms of quality 5 star hotels. One of my top 3 not so much w the elegance and beauty of the hotel and rooms but the most impt thing I value in traveling is the “ services “... try calling at 1 am in China and need a blanket cuz it’s freezing and .... nobody understands English .. you’ve been there.. SERVICE.. no 1 priority for me and the Fairmont was perfect... never had an issue w anything. One of my most pleasant trips and pls check out Baku.. safe.. & friendly w fine dining Med diet.. get some SAFFRON as it’s dirt cheap - $2.00 gram and of high quality ... Safe travels.. ALOHA
Great hotel, great location, big clean rooms. Daily suuply of bottles of water. Great view. Breakfast with huge variety- excellent. Very polite and helpful staff. Highly recommended. Nearby Funicular connecting the hotel located up on a hill with down town
Great Hotel: with many advantages such as: 1- Room is spacious: with sea view and city view. 2-Great services. 3- Modern Gym , Wonderful Spa and Pool. 4- Breakfast is good and delicious. 5-Wifi network is fast.
Fantastic hotel. We tried both the 11th floor and the 21st with twin beds and king bed. Both are great rooms, but preferred the twin one as is more spacious. You will get an amazing view of Baku worth more than any rooftop you can go to in Baku. The bfast however is ok and is a 4 stars, not 5 (according to Western standards).i would stay again there.
I have stayed for 3 nights in flame towers and have had a great stay and amazing support and help from front officers especially “Kamil” who has helped and provided with amazing explanation of facilities and any thing we need during my stay
This was something , clean and cozy. Everything was in it's place , even taxi knew it's role. The light show is something to admire too. Staff were particularly attentive. Thank you Kameel for being such an ideal representative for this place.
