Really it deserve more than 4stars, the location is wonderful near to Elvet resturant close to bank, pahrmacy, electronic shop, beautiful small grocery where you can buy Azerbaijani tea. Hotel is quite, clean & the reception guys are really helpful. I recommend the sport massage in hotel Spa. Breakfast was great. Thanks Divan Expresse.

Good hotel but a little bit noisy becaouse ir is on main street. It could help it they invest in double windows for sore. The food is very good and staff polite. The room was ver clean and cousy . My only complain is the noise.

Hotel is nicely situated in the city, near to almost every thing we needed. There are banks for exchanging money a few minutes walk. It was also a good ten minute walk from Heyder Aliyev Centre, Ganzclic Mall and Ganzclic Metro. Staff are extremely polite and helpful. A bit of a challenge to communicate in English but they compensate with being kind. We have a favorite server during breakfast named Ulvi, he was sooo nice and always made an effort to talk to us. He even introduced the chef to me, thanks for looking after us while we were there! Hotel in general is clean and well kept. Could use a brighter lighting in the corridors though. View of the room we stayed was not so nice as it was view of apartment buildings but then its a city hotel so no complaints. There's a quiet bar on the 6th floor if you need a couple of drinks. Thanks for a very nice stay!

Staying in Divan Express was good experience. Staff was very polite, rooms were clean and spacious but there was a negative point can not changed. Baku Subway was passing under the hotel, so until 1 a.m you have to deal with that noise.

We booked this hotel for a couple of nights after travelling through Armenia and Georgia before entering Azerbaijan. We were there for the Grand Prix and booked to stay 6 nights at the Fairmont Hotel (Flame Towers) but wanted some down time first. Room: Lovely comfortable bed, one of the best I've slept in. Lovely big room with all the amenities you need. No English TV channels apart from the standard (BBC News, CNN, etc) but that's no bad thing. Staff: All very helpful and friendly, always smiling and attentive. Location: Away from the centre and old town area. If you wanted to go there a 10 minute walk takes you to the subway and then 4/5 stops and you're right on the edge of the old town. Cheap as anything, 10p each way I recall. Summary: Lovely hotel some distance from the old town, there are certainly closer options but if you don't mind the commute on subway or taxis its a good choice. Although a corner suite in the Fairmont beats it by a mile, see other review :)

This hotel will satisfy your expectations comparing its price. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable enough. There is also a good quality restaurant named Kosebasi at the enterance floor . Fitness place is average . I would reccommend this hotel. The only negative point there is metro line under the hotel, and metro passings could be disturbing.

I think it is truly 4stars hotel.staff were extremely polite and piano during the breakfast was fantastic. Location of hotel is good near the heidar alief museum and genjelic mall( about 30min walking) The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable and breakfast is ok. The only bad thing about the hotel is metro noise but it is no bother to us,it was look like vibrating

Public transportion is extremely cheap so location is not that important. We liked in general. The only negative thing was the bed.It was too hard.Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Live piano during the breakfast was delightful .

Stayed at this hotel in Baku and pretty satisfied with the facilities and the staff. The location is excellent right across one of the shopping mall and walking distance to the famous Heyder Alivey cultural Centre. The rooms were spacious and well appointed for a four star standard hotel and looked fresh. A few things which required immediate attention. The shower cubicle should have a hand grab bar which is required since the surface becomes slippery. Secondly there should be some indication on the shower cubicle glass/ acrylic door. I almost banged into the door. Breakfast surely needs improvement and needs addition of international facilities.

This hotel is very clean and good room design👍. Nice staffs 🌷. This hotel has a very good pianist ❤️😍 that play in breakfast time but foods that serve in breakfast are very very simple and same in every day 😒.
