On the 12th floor of 15 store building. Total area is 183 sq m. Excellent renovation. Parlor is 45sq m. 2 bathrooms in excellent condition with a whirlpool and a shower. Rooms are separate. Hardwood floor. Cable TV, high-speed internet connection, Smart TV 42inches. Heating system "combi". High quality kitchen with a washing machine, a dishwasher and a microwave. Communications 24/24. A security courtyard. 2 high speed elevators "Sigma". Code block, underground parking garage.
