Summary:

Stay directly on pedestrian Nizami Street, also known as Torgovaya, with Fountain Square, the Old City, Maiden Tower, Sahil Garden and Baku Boulevard all within an easy walk. This historic two-bedroom apartment sleeps up to 5 on a queen-size bed of about 160 by 200 cm, two single beds of about 90 by 200 cm and one fixed loveseat tested for one adult. It is on the third floor and reached only by stairs; there is no elevator, and the fireplace is decorative.



The Space:

The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator. It has two separate bedrooms and one living room, one queen-size bed approximately 160 × 200 cm, two single beds approximately 90 × 200 cm and one fixed loveseat tested for one adult. The loveseat does not open and is not a sofa bed. The fireplace is decorative and inactive. The apartment has a gas stove.



Guest Access:

Guests enter a separate residential block, use the stairwell to the third floor, and then enter the private apartment through its own door. Other apartments are in the block, but the apartment itself is private. There is no elevator. Self check-in is available from 15:00, and detailed arrival instructions are sent before check-in.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is on Nizami Street, also known as Torgovaya, close to Fountain Square, cafes, restaurants, shops, the Old City, Maiden Tower, Sahil Garden, and Baku Boulevard. This is one of the most active and walkable areas of central Baku.



Getting Around:

Most central attractions are walkable from Nizami Street. Sahil Metro and ride-hailing pickup points are available nearby. Because parts of Nizami Street are pedestrian-only, taxis may stop at a nearby cross street rather than directly at the entrance. Baku Airport is usually around 25–35 minutes away by taxi, depending on traffic. Ride apps such as Bolt and local taxi apps are widely used in Baku.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is on the third floor of a historic residential block and is reached only by stairs; there is no elevator. Enter through the block's separate entrance, go to the third floor, and use the apartment's own private entrance. Other apartments are located in the block. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Smoking, pets, parties, and events are not allowed. The apartment is prepared for the booked guest count; tell us before arrival if you prefer separate beds or need the fixed loveseat prepared.

Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Subject to availability and written confirmation, early check-in from 13:00 and late check-out until 13:00 are USD 15 each; arrival before 13:00 generally requires booking the previous night. We do not provide dedicated luggage storage; guests should arrange storage directly with a staffed third-party provider or their transport provider before check-in or after checkout. Airport transfer can be arranged for USD 25 for up to 3 guests or USD 50 for up to 7 guests. Optional services are confirmed only after our team replies through the booking platform.
