We had a room on the second floor and there is no elevator so we had to schlep our bags up and down the stairs. Not great. Thought all hotels had to provide full access which would require an elevator.

We stayed here several times before. Rooms are nice, big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast after 9 is leftovers though. As eggs and sausage are not replenish, even though it ends at 9:30am.
We were driving to Mexico the day after Christmas and I5 was backed up for hours. By the time we made it here we were so tired of being in the car anything would have worked. This hotel was nice enough to give us another room because we had a screaming infant in the room next to us. Bed and linens were good enough and the pillows were just right. We checked out at 4:30am so I am not sure what breakfast was like.
The hotel itself was ok. Really smoky from the second you step in the lobby. The room was nice and seemed clean, but the smoke smell everywhere was overwhelming. We had to sleep with our window open all night for fresh air, which then of course we had all the sounds of I-5. Breakfast was good.
