Air-conditioning did not work and it was truly hot in the room. Staff at reception curt as well as inefficient. Spiders in the room. Small and slow elevator so we usually walked up the 3 flights except when we had luggage. Breakfast was good. The only thing that saved the stay from being a disappointment was the venue - an awesome location. It is overpriced for the quality of service rendered.
