The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A covered veranda/terrace with a table, a sofa, armchairs and a fully equipped kitchenette, including: an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, hobs…
- A bedroom with a queen-size four-poster bed (160×200) and an open-plan bathroom with a shower, double washbasin and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have invested in the following additional amenities: a barbecue, washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board.
