If your seeking for an amazing experience, beach location, quality food and beverages, nearby shopping malls and a wonderful staff that attends to your every request, then this will be the hotel for you.

We stayed at this hotel to attend a wedding which was held at the same hotel. We faced several problems during our 2 night stay, including the following: 1- Power outage went out 3 times on the day of the wedding which resulted in 2 of our appliances burning out. We were late to the wedding due to this. 2- In room dining was very poor quality and overpriced. 3- The hotel is generally outdated.

a very good experience, will come with my family, and spend peaceful time. I have recommended to family and friends, and they will be coming in the next year. In Sha Allah I will be coming back with my family

Impressive location and facility in a recreational, calm area. It features resemblance to my idea of a private Shangri-la: space and occasions to relax alone but find nice company if desired; Whatever you expect is available in a perfect manner: starting to comment on rooms, restaurants or the amenities is absolutly redundant (see headline). For better understanding: I was here for business and I normally do not fancy extensive luxury and accommodation since it makes me feel rather uncomfortable to meander in the world of the rich and beautiful (due to lack of the first). Nevertheless: Despite my unease in such environments I felt at home and very comfortable,. This is mostly due to the very friendly, sympathic and well trained staff which is always available whenever needed without being blatant or optrusive. My special regards to the muscians in the "Nirvana" I loved it and I will happily return !

I stayed here 29th October - 5th November and what a joy it was. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in - the genuine friendliness and excellent service is second to none. It makes staying here a fabulous experience as absolutely nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff - and all with a smile and professionalism. Truly the best standards anywhere. The beach/pool/restaurants/ are all superb, wish it was a vacation rather than business!

For our daughters 15th Birthday we took a ‘staycation’ at the Ritz. From beginning to end the service was impeccable, nothing was too much for the wonderful staff and they did the little things right. The food was sublime, the resort amazing and the support from the staff, with regards to our daughters birthday made her 15th birthday one she will never forget. A room upgrade, a trip to the mall in a Rolls Royce, organized beach games and not one, but three birthday cakes over the 3 days meant Maddie’s birthday was a wonderful memory for us all.

The Ritz-Carlton in Bahrain is excellent. The grounds are amazing and well-groomed, the services they offer and options and amenities from dining to work out facilities are second to none and the staff are extremely accommodating and helpful. I stayed with my family for a week and a half and it was a wonderful respite from the daily grind of Bahrain work life. It literally is an oasis, a world away from the hustle, bustle, traffic and normal Bahrain scene. The staff accommodated us in all sorts of ways, reheating meals we brought from outside, storing our extra luggage, remaking keys, offering discounted deals on breakfast and scheduling our departure with aplomb. The beach is easily the best in Bahrain (and I've been to Sofitel's and Al Dar) and the gardens are an absolute paradise. I grabbed breakfast to go once or twice with the paper, laid out by the beach and took a swim across the private lagoon (the beach is always freshly combed, and the guys that set up your little beach lounger with towels are ready to get you water or assist you in any way). I also used a stand up paddle board for the first time and it just happened to be during the UK's Red Arrows air show. It was awesome. Our room was small, but the staff made up for it by allowing us extra storage and the lack of microwave was remedied by room service heating things up for us. The bed was very comfy and they provided a crib for our daughter that was equally comfy (although she preferred our bed...somewhat to our chagrin). All in all the Ritz-Carlton in Bahrain was great. We'd been to the one in Oman (Al-Bustan Palace) and while it may not have the same atmosphere, it was brilliant nonetheless.

This hotel is a gem of the Middle East The hotel and rooms are fantastic The service is second to none and staff are very friendly and conscientious. My 3 children loved it. Beach and pool was great And there is a fantastic array of restaurants Definitely coming back

After spending three days here in exploring Manama and surroundings and just relaxing under the sun, I should say that the hotel was a nearly 5 star experience. Staff was very friendly, special thanks to Club level staff (esp. Deepthi) and Ritz Kids people. But sometimes their efforts did not work - pre-scheduled airport transfer pickup was a bit late, taking bags downstairs took 20 min, beach attendant failed to order drinks. I would call it lack of coordination. Sea at the beach is clean and tranquil but rather shallow. However, in general we had a wonderful time enjoying the hospitality, hotel’s enormous infrastructure facilities, dining options and if you’d ask me if I come back I would say yes.

Once in a while that perfect weekend comes along – where everything goes as planned, you get more than you expect for every dollar you spent and you find yourself surprised and amazed at what pure contentment can actually feel like. For this unbelievable experience I have to thank the staff of the Ritz Carlton Bahrain particularly its Club floor team! From the moment to the moment we left, our stay was filled with moments of perfect hospitality, genuine kindness that warm smiles throughout the resort – in fact, when we checked out we almost shed a tear as if we were leaving home and family! We (with our toddler daughter) booked a room on the club floor for the weekend to celebrate my wife’s birthday and were overwhelmed with the personalized service, as each member of staff seemed to know us by name and wished my wife a happy birthday. We found birthday cards and the manager personally presented a beautiful personalized book with handwritten well-wishes from every member of the club floor staff! This gesture was above and beyond expectation and only the beginning of our weekend! At every turn, from housekeeping staff, to door attendants, to service staff in the hotel’s restaurants, everyone we encountered was not only a top-class professional but seemed happy in their work and took a personal interest in our wellbeing and happiness. I must say that in all my years of travel I have never seen such a genuine and proactive effort at providing personalized hospitality from a major hotel brand. My congratulations to management! The Ritz Carlton is one of Bahrain’s older hotel/resorts and for years has enjoyed its status of the most prestigious (and expensive) stay in town. I must say that for this reason, I have resisted staying there as I presumed that there was no way I would see real value to justify money spent. In recent years as the Ritz appears to have taken a backstage to other newer glitzier resorts that have been popping up in Bahrain, I found a certain elegance in this older establishment which (after spending the weekend there) has proven itself as THE iconic luxury resort of Bahrain! Needless to say, I am now a loyal fan and intend to make the Ritz a second home!
