I have been to the place and had anice drink here and snacks. I was welcomed by the nice supervisor lady Maria and served by the nice gentelmen Juan david and oygen.. I had nice cocktail and light snacks. I would highly recommendthe place for a quiet night or quiet music...

It was our wedding anniversary, I love everything in this hotel , the hotel is really fully of service , and luxury room, the bathroom was good and great , The room view wasn’t very nice but not bad , The big disadvantage is , doesn’t matter if you tell the staff about your wedding anniversary because they will give you the same room as you booked ..although my anniversary wasn’t in weekend or one of busiest season, But one of the staff was really nice she made our stay right , she brought some balloons for the anniversary, However, the hotel is old but really great , And I recommend The hotel for all

I love everything about this hotel ! It's one of the oldest & best-maintained 5 star hotels in town. The pool is really big & chilled during the hot summer days! The beach is clean and clear, with sunbeds and shades. Excellent poolside/beach-side service & catering with complimentary food, drink & services! Well-worth every penny! If you're looking for comfort & luxury and a peaceful ambiance then this is your best choice. My personal favourite is Thai lounge overlooking the second pool. Great music & vibes.. Sushi & cocktails.. One couldn't ask for more!

I stayed here for 2 nights in April 2017. The overall experience was very good. The pool and beach access was well maintained. They got out door restaurants serving nice food. Breakfast options we're also very nice.

This resort is fantastic, it has breathtaking views that will bring your senses to the highest points, but what makes it so interesting is the variety of restaurants; you can travel around the world with all of their restaurants, they have an nice thai restaurant with an outdoor pool, and near by there is a pond with fish and flamingos. We visited the Mexican restaurant (not the first time) and they had a different menu from last time, it was delicious, the dishes stay true to the country, the food and service was superb. The beach is quiet and relaxing, it should have a beach bar where you could walk and order some drinks to sip while looking at the water ( with some cool beats in the background).

As expected this property is really nice. Also very large grounds. Many restaurant selections. The service and quality of this place is a bit over the top for me. Would need a week or more to enjoy all the have to offer.

We stayed on the Club floor for several nights for a professional conference in November and I have never been more completely satisfied with a hotel’s than I was with the Ritz. We usually use the hotel as a home base and sleep and perhaps eat breakfast there, but the Ritz was so astonishing, we never left the property! It was several months ago, and I still remember the names of some of the outstanding staff! Jam was a perfect hostess in the Club Lounge, remembering our names and the drinks we liked, and she even learned how to make new drinks for us and kept them coming! I enjoyed the beach (which felt so secluded and exclusive and not right next to the big city!) and Cibu took excellent care of me! He also remembered my name, but he also came by every few minutes with fruits, waters, and at one point, even a kit to clean my sunglasses! The service here did not feel forced or fake, but the staff seemed to genuinely want to make us happy and comfortable! The restaurants on the grounds were also excellent, staffed by natives of the countries represented by the cuisine being served. Our Mexican waitress at Cantina Kahlo had not heard of a particular dessert we were discussing, so she invited the chef to join in the discussion, and he actually made his version of it for us to try, NO CHARGE! My only suggestion would be to offer a better variety of snacks in the Club Lounge as it was pretty much the same thing every day, but it was tasty! I enjoyed our stay so much that I asked for a trip there for my birthday this year! I can’t wait to visit again!

Location and property are superb. Hotel is well managed and staff is eager to please. Some great restaurants- try Nirvana and Primavera. Excellent big gym and indoor pool / spa. Outdoor pool and beach are fantastic. My favorite place to stay in Bahrain.

Had a three day business meeting in Bahrain and stayed at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful everywhere I went and always willing to help. So many of them from so many interesting countries. The spa is a bit dated and could use some sprucing up. Fitness centre is a nice size with lots of equipment options. It could use a bigger selection of Kettle bells but was clean and big. And the location is great.

My friend speaks highly of the ritz bahrain and i decided to go there for dinner at the thai/japanese restaurant, service was great.. i came back again and decided to go to the mexican restaurant, we sat down for a good 15 minutes and no one approached us, a waiter finally came and took our order, we asked for food and cocktails and when the food came my friend's order was missing, we tried to explain to the waiter but she said no problem and left the table.. they brought us chicken nachos (burnt food) the plate looked wierd and the guacamole tasted like it had lasted days in the fridge, we asked for the bill and a waiter approached the table, we communicated about the terrible food, she nooded her head and said ok, then gave us the bill, we paid and left..i left the restaurant with a running stomach, beans on the nachos looked like some syrup poured on food, never been so grossed out on food, don't let the mexican there fool u, Ive been to the ritz im many countries, this one took the trophy for terrible food...
