Booked thru hotels.com for 3N4D and no regrets specially upon seeing the facade of Marriot Executive Apartments. We got all excited once we entered their elegant lobby. To our disappointment the 3br we reserved is not yet ready and it was 3pm already. However, the duty manager is to be commended for going extra mile making sure that we feel relaxed and pampered while waiting for our room.He immediately offered each one of us free welcome drinks of our choice and best of all he upgraded us to a 4br accomodation. He was so apologetic that he personally brought us to our room once it’s ready. What more can we ask for.Thank you so much Mr. Sameer Mohammad! You are one very hospitable and kind-hearted person. We are all in great awe upon seeing our fully furnished apartment located on the 18th floor in tower 1.All the rooms are huge and spotlessly tidy specially their comfort rooms. The master’s bedroom even has a tub and towels are clean.Toilet essentials are well stocked and stylish from Acca Kappa. I love the dining seat’s color which compliment the mahogany oval table.Beds, linens and pillows are soft, clean and fluffy which make everyone so happy dozing off. They even provided a cute baby crib for my toddler. The kitchen is very modern and cabinets are beautifully designed and has an amazing view of the city.Kitchen appliances are complete from microwave oven, toasters, electric kettle, fridge and dishwasher to name a few. One of the great features of the apartment is the 2 separate balcony adjacent to the living and kitchen though my hubby asked Mr. Sameer to lock it for we have little children who are so playful. My kids enjoyed their play place and we had a great time doing selfies on the rooftop pool and city view.I wanted to try their sauna and steam bath but time did not permit me to do so. The buffet breakfast spread has a wide variety of selection and we love it.My kids are picky eaters though we all step out full to the brim! Staffs at Skyw@lk Cafe are all very attentive and friendly. Most specially the filipina attendant who is so courteous though I forgot to get her name. Overall,I highly recommend this hotel to families with children and would definitely comeback!
Stayed 2 nights last month in a 2-bedroom Suite. We had booked the hotel because it would be convenient for us to have meetings and the large dining table was perfect for this. Breakfast buffet was OK but the lunch/dinner menu menu was very good, although note this is a dry hotel. We made extensive use of the hotel’s (for fee) transportation offerings going to meeting - affordable and easy. Coming back we used taxis but most drivers were unsure of the hotels location and had to call for directions, but this might me a common challenge in Bahrain.
I have stayed at Marriott Executive Apartment on two occasions and by far it is the best of all Marriotts hotels I have been to. Their services are always excellent. Meal is second to none, this is the only hotel I have been to where you eat at the buffet and still order food to go, I thought that was a great and how to take care of your customers. Some places, you can't even take your meal to the room, nevertheless order some to go. It is also close to the US naval base, so you can always go to the base and grab groceries to cook in your room. By the way, if you drink, you may have to by your drink and the airport, or if you have base access you can go to class six. It is a dry hotel. Bottom line, I always enjoyed staying there, and the personnel are great.
This was my second stay at the MEA. It is a very good place to stay if your in Juffair area. More spacious and open compared to most of the competition in that area. The food is good quality and staff most helpful and courteous.
Marriott offers spacious suites that are perfect for longstay. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast buffet is reasonably comprehensive and has healthy options - remains open through Ramadan. Some of the room furnishings feel a little tired (could be replaced) and the air quality is sometimes better on some floors than others. Gym is small but adequate and the rooftop pool is a good way to spend an afternoon. Would happily return to the Marriott.
The suite is excellent in comfort and size, with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms ( 1 with bathtub). The staff was very friendly. The only downside in our case was the location, because we like to stay at City Centre.
Very nice people are very professional and expert seeing for guest relaxation and provide the most help and assistant staff are very friendly from management to housekeeper rooms are very large with lots of space
I lived here for 1 month. Overall, it is a fantastic hotel. My only concerns were with the charges added to my bill at the front desk. SO, keep an eye on your bill. They told me breakfast was included with my room. The first few weeks breakfast was included, but suddenly they started charging me. The breakfast buffet is great with a lot of choices, but I did not need a full buffet every morning. A few times I only grabbed coffee and a roll, but I was charged for a full buffet. The room was beautiful. It was a small apartment (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full small kitchen, dining area, and living room. We had a balcony facing the city, which is very pretty at night. I used the pool on the roof almost daily. It is about 5 feet at the deepest end, but a long pool...big enough to get exercise. My daughter used the gym and seemed to like it. The parking garage is great as it keeps your car out of site and safe from the elements. It is close to a grocery stores complex. It is a short walk, but be careful with the traffic. There is a Hertz car rental in the lobby. I would definitely stay again and I recommend other stay here. OH, they do not clean the rooms daily. They came every other day. They would bring fresh towels if requested. They were very helpful.
Excellent choice , value for money . Free car parking and wifii Nice swimming pool at the roof top Advice not to go in a summer time due to extreme weather Close to the shopping center fantastic gym and spa Front desk is very cooperative and friendly
the price for my stay compared to the size of the apartment , facilities and staff attitude was very reasonable, the hotel is not far away from the city center, I already recommended it to others and I enjoyed my stay,
- Free WiFi and wired Internet in rooms and public areas
- Free parking
- Onsite dining
- Outdoor pool
