Welcome to Pelican’s Perch. This oceanfront two-bedroom. two-bathroom condo in the friendly city of Bahia de Caraquez is really all you need for the perfect get-away. Comfortable, well equipped, spectacular views, the sounds of waves crashing on the shoreline, beautiful sunsets, warm temperatures made perfect with the sea breeze makes Pelican’s Perch a place you’ll never want to leave And one of the best swimming pools in Bahia! And right next door to our building is the Bahia tennis club where our guests are welcome for a small daily fee. Tennis courts, fitness gym and Padel courts. Massive beach with often the perfect waves for surfing or just horsing around. Never too crowded. Local farm market for a great selection of amazing produce plus a fish market and poultry and beef.
