Did 4 nights in a Queen Suite. Nicely appointed kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. Daily housekeeping, plenty of free water bottles, soft towels. The free breakfast was not a traditional Western style. Salad, rice and typical Filipino dishes like adobo and menudo were offered. They did have scrambled eggs. Staff was very responsive to requests. They helped arrange a private tour which we enjoyed.Shout out to Arnell for a very informative session. Great location attached to the Victory Liner terminal. Steps away from Session Road.Even the pizza at the attached Italian restaurant was decent. Would do it again.

Extremely close proximity to the Victory Liner- this is a fantastic spot for the city when arriving and departing. Gerlee & Edmont were fantastic! They provided great service and made me laugh as well. I love the complimentary water they provide. I didn’t eat the breakfast because there were no vegan options from what I saw. Wish there was though. All in all- fantastic hotel.

Location is good, close to a lot of eateries and shopping. The room was okay, however when booking we chose 2 Queen Beds, the beds were both double beds, so a little disappointing, breakfast was quite average.

Staff is not friendly. I was stopped before leaving the facility after checking out. Front desk clerk wanted to check the room if I had taken anything I shouldn’t have. I found that rude and insulting. The rooms are old. I don’t have to steal anything, much less from a hotel room like this. My friend called the front desk 3 times to inquire about things. The person from the desk kept on cutting my friend off before she is done talking. That is so very RUDE!
