It is surrounded by olive trees and vineyards and includes a large kitchen gardens a swimming pool (12x5m.) And outhouse including a happy hour Tavern with tables and benches and fireplace and an outdoor barbecue. Large umbrella pines, cypresses and other trees provide welcome shade in the park. La Quiete is a perfect starting-point for visiting Lazio, Umbria and Southern Tuscany.

The villa sleeps up to 9 guests in 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed.
