definitely not what was described.. we actually did not spend the night it was imposible it was freezing, rooms are more like for a camping ground type holiday.. very unhappy and was not able to get money back

Free Parking and Pleasant Stay !!!

My stay was pleasant free parking and wifi the conditions of the property could be updated and has so much potential. The area itself is quaint although I recommend driving out for more things to do and see e.g Orange.

Bungalow rooms next to a chateau

This is not so much a chateau hotel but rather a small holiday bungalow village next to a castle that serves as the restaurant. The rooms are simple but clean. Dinner on the castle terrace looks impressive, but the food quality was mixed, some tasty some outright bland and dry. The biggest problem was noise as an adjacent property was staging an open air concert. France legal noise limit is a rather late 1am, but the beat continued until about 6am making sleep difficult. This is supposedly an annual July occurrence, so my advice is to stay away or inquire with management. The area outside the hotel is an industrial zone, not really walkable and needs a car.

Fri 20/7 - Sat 21/7 and Sat 4/8 - Sun 5/8This is the fourth time that we've stayed here. Everything seems to be a little more run down this year than in past years. The staff seem to be dressed more scruffily. We asked for a replacement light bulb for a bedside light (really important as there is no central light in the rooms) and they didn't have one. The light in the passage between the loo and bathroom kept on flickering. They agreed to give us breakfast early on 5/8 because of the distance we had to travel that day, saying that the full range on offer wouldn't be available. In fact so little was available (last night's left over bread wasn't tempting) that we decided to skip breakfast altogether. We're looking for a different hotel for next year's overnight stops as a result.

Personnel d’accueil l’aprĂšs-midi trĂšs agrĂ©able mais ce n’est pas le cas des personnes au petit dĂ©jeuner, mĂȘme pas un bonjour en passant Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de nous😡 On sent un relĂąchement dans l’entretien des chambres, dans la nĂŽtre, la no3, le support de papier toilette Ă©tait arrachĂ© du mur, le mĂ©canisme de la chasse d’eau fonctionnait une fois sur 2et il n’y avait plus d’ampoule dans la lampe sur le bureau. Heureusement, le personnel du restaurant pour le diner Ă©tait trĂšs agrĂ©able et serviable. Restaurant trĂšs bien.

Vaste domaine situĂ© dans un endroit calme. Les petites maisonnettes qui servent de logement sont dotĂ©es d’une terrasse. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Le restaurant est un peu cher pour les plats proposĂ©s mais le dĂźner en terrasse avec vue sur le parc reste agrĂ©able. Quelques rafraĂźchissements sont Ă  prĂ©voir mais je suis satisfaite de mon sĂ©jour (1 nuit) dans l’ensemble.

Séjour de qualité en ce Domaine !

De passage pour une nuit, nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs agrĂ©ablement surpris par la beautĂ© du domaine ! Il y rĂšgne calme et sĂ©rĂ©nitĂ© ! Aucun bruit la nuit! Les chambres "maisonnettes" sont trĂšs confortables, propres spacieuses, une literie excellente en tout cas pour nous! Nous avons pu souper sur place Ă  la brasserie du domaine (en rĂ©servant) Et lĂ ... nous nous sommes rĂ©galĂ©s !!! Un repas digne d'un chef Ă©toilĂ© !!! OĂč plutĂŽt d'une Cheffe Ă©toilĂ©e ⭐ De l'amuse bouche au dessert, nos papilles Ă©taient en effervescences!!! Des produits trĂšs qualitatifs!!! Nous avons dĂ©couvert des saveurs ! Et lĂ  oĂč c'est une rĂ©ussite c'est que nous nous sommes rĂ©galĂ©s avec des produits qui au dĂ©part ne nous disaient rien! C'est pour nous, la preuve que la cheffe est au top car elle a rĂ©ussi Ă  nous faire aimĂ© des aliments que nous ne mangeons pas d'habitude !!! Donc grand bravo !
