The hotel was super convenient but the area around the hotel was kind of grubby. The shower was full of mildew and there was hair all over the bathroom.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro and bus stops, staff was nice, but the room itself is ok few stains on carpet and shower was kind of difficult to use either it was too hot or too cold, but overall good stay for the price. Also a few food choices nearby.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Paris and found the experience underwhelming. The bathroom design was impractical, as the shower only had a half-door, which caused water to spill across the floor after every use. Additionally, only one size of towel was provided, with no washcloths or hand towels, and requests for extra towels and pillows required repeated follow-ups. The carpet in the room was also noticeably dirty, which raised concerns about cleanliness. While the location may be convenient, the lack of attention to basic amenities and upkeep left much to be desired.

The room was quite dirty. Walls had stain on them. Felt obligated to wear slippers around the carpet. The best thing about the hotel was it was close to the metro. No mini fridge.

We were welcomed by lovely staff members. Room was very small, bathroom looked like it had been flooded with mould, bits coming off walls. Metro by the hotel was not operating for the time we were there but took the shuttle then metro from within Paris. Didnt have breakfast or dinner there.

There was no AC in the room so while the rest of the property was cooled the rooms were suffocating, more so given that there was no way to open the window & the only way to circulate air was a small desk fan that when turned on expelled the dust of a thousand dust bunnies into the room!

The hotel was good for the price. The location isn’t very nice, but we didn’t experience any issues. The first room was very hot, but we were relocated to a better room. With a couple of poor exceptions the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The “hot” Breakfast was very poor, but the other catering was very good indeed.

I booked this room for my dad. He was very dissatisfied. He said the room was very small there was no AC and the window had no handles for him to open. He said it was clean and the bed was comfortable but it was very hot with no ventilation.

Rude front desk employees with exception of 2 that we encountered. Due to language barrier, I used google translate to speak to them in french but I can somewhat understand. They were taking about me. First room we were given, it hadn’t been cleaned yet& had been smoked in. Stinky very bad so I went tell them. She huffed at me like we did it! Second room was on top floor with no air conditioning nor was the ventilation system was working & the fan in the room was broken. After complaining several times, around 130 am someone finally brought a fan. We were told if we wanted to change rooms we’d have to wait until the next day. Put all our luggage in storage area. Came back from sightseeing and got a room on 4th floor which wasn’t coolest but not as hot as 7th. I would never go back to this hotel.
