Nette Vermieterin, ruhige Lage,jedoch keine EG Wohnung, eher Kellerwohnung mit unterschiedlich hohen Betonstufen ohne Geländer. Man musste sogar über ein Abflussrohr, welches mitten über die erste Treppenstufe führte, steigen. Wohnung im Sammelsuriumstil mit Rutscheteppichen. Badewanne zerkratzt, sehr unhygienisch und ohne Haltegriff. Leider roch die ganze Wohnung nach Duftsteckern und Duftstäbchen. Auf den Betttücher im Zimmer rechts gab es kurze schwarze Haare, na ja, wir hatten ja unsere eigene Bettwäsche mit. Aufenthalt, eine Nacht.
