schöne Wohnung, gute Lage - ABER
Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines alten Hauses. Ich persönlich mag diesen Charme, der sich auch in der Wohnung wiederfindet. Der Besitzer hat die Ferienwohnung wahrscheinlich selbst saniert. Sie macht einen eher einen rustikalen Eindruck. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Ein paar Details haben gefehlt. Die wurden von uns schon dem Vermieter mitgeteilt und sind dann in Zukunft vielleicht behoben. Ein Supermarkt ist um die Ecke. Es gibt sogar ein Hallenschwimmbad mit Bahnen zum Schwimmen. Die Kommunikation ist gut. Mich hat nur gestört, dass der Fernseher nicht so eingestellt war, dass man ohne Probleme die typischen Sender nutzen konnte. Jedoch ist es ein SMART Gerät, d.h. youtube und streamingdienste stehen zur Verfügung. Das warme Wasser kommt aus einem Boiler im Bad.

Ruhige Lage
Sehr ruhige Lage mittig im Stadtkern. Ein paar Ecke der Wohnung waren nicht wirklich sauber (alte Schaufenster zur Straße z.B) und Armaturen in der Küche sind etwa wackelig. Im kleinen Zimmer sind die Gardinen nicht Lichtdicht. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte besser sein: es gibt nicht mal 6 ähnliche Gläser oder Weingläser z.B und wirkt z.T wie eine Sammlung von Fundstücke. Dass das Badezimmer mit Toiletten direkt mit der Küche verbunden ist fanden wir nicht angenehm aber liegt einfach am Grundriss der Wohnung. Kommunikation mit Besitzer im Vorfeld war sehr gut. Check-in /Check-out selbständig und unkompliziert, das ist prima.
