bei der Wohnung war eine Terrasse angegeben aber es war keine vorhanden auch kein Balkon. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war Spartanisch keine Suppenteller, Bier- gläser, Schnapsgläser, Kuchengabeln, kein Dosenöffner, keine Schere und Keine Teekanne. Zu allen Überdruss war ein Balkon vor dem Schlafzimmer der einen Zugang vom Flur hatte der von vielen Bewohnern zum rauchen und zum telefonieren benutzt wurde und das auch zur Mittagsruhezeit und nacu 22:00 Uhr
