Die 85 qm neu sanierte Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem 3-stöckigen Mietshaus im Parterre und liegt in sonniger und ruhiger Lage im Ortsteil Karlstein. Schöne Wanderwege ab Haus sowie im nahe gelegenen Berchtesgaden, Ruhpolding oder Inzell. Kabel-TV und die Gestellung von Bettwäsche und Handtücher gehören dazu. Haustiere auf Anfrage.
Die Ferienwohnung hat ein WC/Dusche, eine abgetrennte kleine Küche mit Herd und Kühlschrank, 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, 1 Wohnzimmer und einen Südbalkon. Sie bietet für 6, max. 8 Personen Platz. Ein PKW-Abstellplatz befindet sich vor dem Haus.

Apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Towels did not smell fresh. Not enough toilet paper for 5 adults for 3 nights. No dish soap or hand soap. No salt and pepper.

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal als Familie in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat viel Platz. Außerdem ist es nicht weit ins Zentrum. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Für den Preis in Ordnung

Die Kommentare, das die Wohnung dreckig sei kann ich nicht nach vollziehen. Alles war wirklich sauber und die Vermieterin hat auch dafür gesorgt das für uns alle, alles vorliegt wie z.B. Handtücher usw. Die Lage ist auch okay und man kommt von dort aus überall gut hin. Das negative an der Wohnung waren die Madrazen. Diese sind leider schon sehr durchgelegen und man spürt die Federn darin und der Warmwasserboiler war eine Katastrophe! Eine Person kann maximal 15 Minuten duschen, danach ist das Wasser kalt. Und es dauert bis es sich aufwärmt. Früh morgens (ca. Gegen 06:00 Uhr) kann man leider gar nicht duschen. Das hat uns den Aufenthalt leider etwas "versalzen". Ansonsten ist die Wohnung top ausgestattet und alle Küchengeräte funktionieren. Leider kein WLAN aber das ist auch okay.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Schön äe Umgebung gut zu erreichen sind Salzburg, Berchtesgaden und der Königsee mit dem Auto nicht länger als 30 Minuten. Ein kleiner Tipp, die Matratze i. Ehebett war leider nicht sehr bequem und auch das Bett gab bei jeder Drehung ein Geräusch von sich. Alles in allem aber war es gut und wir würden die Wohnung auch bochmals anmieten.

Ungepflegte Ferienwohnung

Leider waren wir mit dem Zustand der Unterkunft nicht zufrieden: - Duschen war nicht immer möglich, da zeitweise kein heißes Wasser zur Verfügung stand. - Zum Teil war das Geschirr schmutzig und es war auch kein Putzschwamm vorhanden - das sollte zur Grundauststattung gehören - Die Wohnung riecht abgestanden - der Teppich im Vorzimmer ist möglicherweise der Grund für den Geruch, weil der sehr alt, gebraucht und ungepflegt aussieht - Die Krönung war aber das Bettzeug. Beim Abziehen entdeckten wir einen großen Fleck auf der Bettdecke und auf dem Matratzenschoner - Plastikpflanzen und weitere Utensilien, die als Hingucker dienen sollten, waren ungepflegt und verstaubt. Zusammenfassend würde ich diese Ferienwohnung nicht weiterempfehlen.
