The beautiful non-smoking apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator is located in a quiet but central hillside above Bad Reichenhall. In 5 minutes you are on foot in the pedestrian area.
The apartment is equipped with: free fast WiFi internet, garbage disposal on the same floor, separate kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, bathroom with bidet and bath, large balcony (access from the living room and bedroom) with beautiful mountain views, high quality seating, fold-out desk , Cable TV, free underground car parking space and ski cellar. Super Appartement

Sehr zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung, aber nicht laut. Man kann alles notwendige zu Fuß erreichen. Ordentliches und sauberes Appartement. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr informativ. Auf dem Bildern, hier in der App, schaut es etwas antiquiert aus. Ist es aber nicht.

Ausgesprochen praktisch

Die Anlage macht von außen nicht viel her. Das Baugeschehen in der Nähe stört den ersten Eindruck auch. Aber einmal drinnen sieht es besser aus. Von den Bauarbeiten kriegt man nix mit. Der Balkon geht auf einen ruhigen Garten raus und man schaut sehr schön auf den Hochstaufen. Die zwei Zimmer sind praktisch eingerichtet (z.T. moderner als auf den Fotos) und es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Die Lage ist super - man ist in 10 Minuten in der Fußgängerzone. Da konnte das Auto auch gut mal in der Tiefgarage stehen bleiben. Die Gegend ist perfekt für Familienurlaub mit Almwanderungen, Thermenbesuchen, Alte Saline usw. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Zentrale Lage mit super Ausblick

Vermieter war sehr freundlich u. zuvorkommend. -Whg. liegt sehr zentral oberhalb der Innenstadt. -max 5min Fußweg bis in die Stadt. -mit dem Rad kommt man schnell überall hin, Bayrisch Gmain und die Burg ist gleich hinter dem Haus. -Whg hat den bayrischen Charme der 70er. -hat aber alles was man benötigt. -Whg war sehr sauber und nett hergerichtet. -super Blick auf die Alpen. Würden hier wieder buchen.

Sehr schöne zentral gelegene fewo Über Geschmack der Einrichtung kann man sich streiten da kann man es eh nie allen recht machen:-) es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht Das wichtigste ist ja die Sauberkeit und die ist TOP!!!Sehr netter Vermieter der sich bemüht nicht vorhanden Sachen zu besorgen (Baby reisebett)

Schneller, freundlicher Kontakt mit vielen Tipps. Lage am Hang, sehr schnell fußläufig in der Innenstadt und an den Kliniken. Das Haus an sich wirkt marode, renovierungsbedürftig, unbewohnt und bedarf dringend einer Sanierung. Wohnung war sauber, Einrichtung sollte auch überholt werden. Schöner Bergblick, aber keine Sonne. Insgesamt 3,5 Sterne.

Bon souvenir de Bad Reichenhall

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Markus. L'appartement est très confortable, et propre. La vue sur la montagne est très agréable. Très bonne literie. Rien ne manquait dans l'appartement. Les photos correspondent exactement à l'appartement. Merci à Markus qui a répondu à tous nos mails avec beaucoup de rapidité. Appartement est situé tout près de Salzbourg. A voir, la mine de sel située à Berchtesgaden, le nid d'aigle et le lac de Konigssee. Nous recommandons cette location.
