Unterm "Dollenberg" - aber trotzdem richtig gut.

Trotz derzeitiger Bauarbeiten war alles gut. Das Zimmer entsprach unseren positiven Erwartungen. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr gut - nein super!

surbooking

tres mauvaise notes pour cette raison : nous avons reservé 2 jours avant une nuit dans cet hotel. En arrivant le jour J a 19h30 nous avons appris qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre dispo mais qu'une chambre dans un autre hotel nous avez eté reservée. Nous n'avons jamais eu de mail ou de coup de fil pour nous prevenir de ce surbooking alors que toutes les infos etaient dans la reservation. Il est donc inadmissible de se retrouver dans un hotel que nous n'avons pas choisit mais etant donné l'heure il nous ete impossible de chercher(sans internet non plus) autre chose sachant que tous les hotels biens que nous avions reperes dans la region etaient pleins.Ca ne laissait pas presager une super adresse. grosse deception donc et surtout 0 communication alors qu'en 2 jours c'etait largement posible. L'adresse ou nous avons finalement sejournée etait moins cher mais chambre pres des cascades d'eau donc bruyant non stop et deco de chez ma grand mere. doube deception

Hotellet oversælger nok lidt på billederne, de kunne ikke rigtig genkendes, men dog super hyggelige på den 80'er agtige måde. Meget venlig personale og en ok restaurant, generelt meget gæstfrie lokale der kom der også. Der er fint afstand til mange vandrestier og godt cykeltræning. Husk at se allerheiligsten wasserfälle, det er imponerende. Kan anbefales til et kortere ophold.

L'accueil est chaleureux, le personnel serviable, et malgré la difficulté de la langue, le séjour y est très agréable (sauf la première nuit où nous avons dû patienter jusqu'à minuit pour nous endormir car nous étions juste au dessus du restaurant qui organisait une animation dansante !!!). Les mets proposés au restaurant sont succulents et bon rapport qualité-prix.

Excellent souvenir de notre escapade en forêt noire

Le service de cet hôtel est impeccable, tout le personnel est attentionné. Les chambres sont très propres avec un petit cachet personnalisé et un réel souci du confort des clients. La table est excellente, bref nous garderons un très bon souvenir de cet hôtel et le conseillons vivement.
