Altes Haus mit Charme.Im Haus können bis zu drei Mietparteien wohnen, von denen man alle Laufgeräusche hören kann.In unserer Wohnung war die Durchgangshöhe der Türen max. 1.80 m, weshalb ich mir öfter den Kopf stoßen durfte.Ja es ist ein altes Haus und es wurden einige Umbauten und Reparaturen durchgeführt, diese liegen aber etwas weiter in de Vergangenheit.Bettwäsche welche ihre Daunen verliert, eine undichte Duschkabine, in kleinen Teilen sich lösende Tapete sowie ein bei Bezug verschmutzter Backofen, da wir keinen Toaster gefunden haben, sprechen nicht gerade für sich.Ansonsten war die Wohnung geräumig bis auf das zweite Schlafzimmer für unseren Sohn, hier war eher der Charakter einer Abstellkammer angesagt.Wegen der guten Lage konnten wir unseren Urlaub trotzdem genießen.Die Vermieterin war nett und hatte uns beim Check In, inige Wanderung vorgeschlagen.

Alles bestens

Stilvolles altes Bauernhaus, ideal für alle fie das Besondere schätzen. Mitten im ruhigen Örtchen Hinterstein. Parkplatz direkt am Hintereingang. Wanderwege starten direkt von fort. Bäcker mit Dorfladen und Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Busse fahren stündlich über Bad Hindelang nach Oberjoch, Sonthofen usw.

Wunderschöne Tage in Hinterstein

Unsere Tage in Hinterstein waren sehr schön und erholsam. Die Wohnung war groß und geräumig und hatte genug Platz für uns. Alles Nötige war vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit ..uuundundhilfsbereithilfsbereit,wifühlteunwillkommen.

Ja, es ist ein altes Haus, aber es sollte sauber sein und die Technik sollte auch funktionieren. Es muss einfach auch mal wieder in eine Ferienwohnung investiert werden. Deswegen würde ich es aktuell nicht weiter empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Bergidyll

Urige und geräumige Ferienwohnung in wunderschönen Alpenbauernhaus. Frau Soer ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, welche mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Wir waren mit drei Kindern und 2 Erwachsenen zu Gast und haben es sehr genossen.

Tolle Zeit mitten in den Bergen

Wir haben eine Woche Home Office gemacht und haben die Zeit (nach der Arbeit) sehr genossen. Die Gastfreundlichkeit war hervorragend und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Durch ein gutes Mobilfunknetz war das arbeiten inkl. Videokonferenzen kein Problem.

Viel Platz, nette Gastgeber, schöne Umgebung

Wir waren erstaunt über eine doch so geräumige Ferienwohnung. An der gemütlichen und funktionalen Einrichtung haben wir nichts vermisst. Wer aber wirklich viel Ruhe braucht und sich länger im Haus aufhält (Schlechtwetter), den könnte vielleicht die Lage an der Straße und der knarzende Fußboden stören. Nachts ist es aber wirklich sehr ruhig. Das WLAN ist gar nicht so langsam wie beschrieben, aber es funktioniert nur in der Küche. Unser Auto konnten wir die meiste Zeit stehen lassen, weil es in der unmittelbaren Umgebung schöne Wanderwege gibt (Zipfelsalpe, Willers-Alpe). Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen...

Insgesamt wie beschrieben wenn auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. An sonnigen Tagen sollten einige Minuten eingeplant werden bis man aus dem Parkplatz rauskommt.

Fewo Hinterstein.

Eingang vor dem Haus erstmal erschreckend. Innen großer Flurbereich mit Holz verkleidet, große Küche mit zweckmäßiger Einrichtung mit für fewo nötigen Utensilien. Schlafzimmer gute Betten großer Schrank. Duschbad etwas klein. Zusätzlich kleines Zimmer und separate Toilette zu klein. Dritte Person benutzt im Wohnzimmer ein Schrankbett. Das Wohnzimmer echt ein Highlight. Wunderschöne Bauernstube gemütlich eingerichtet und großzügig geschnitten. Wer alte Bauernhäuser liebt so wie wir , konnte sich fort sehr wohlfühlen. Frau Soer war auf Ansprache hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Der Urlaub war ein Urlaub zurr Entschleunigung und zu Ruhe kommen.
