Das Objekt ist in der Tat außergewöhnlich. Leider wurde erst einen Tag vor Anreise mitgeteilt, dass sich das Objekt direkt neben einer „aktiven Baustelle“ befindet und es zu Beeinträchtigungen kommen könnte (auch am Wochenende durch Anlieferung von Baustoffen z.B. oder Blockade des Parkplatzes, aber man würde dann sicherlich eine „Lösung finden“). Ich hätte eine Alternative gebucht!Am Samstag gegen7.45 Uhr wurden Baustoffe geliefert, das Lieferfahrzeug stand etwa 2 m vor der Haustür usw.Ca. 200,- /Nacht finde ich unter den gegebenen Umständen stark überzogen.

In der Innenstadt und doch für sich

Von außen ein malerisches Fachwerktürmchen, das an und auf der Stadtmauer sitzt. Der eigene Parkplatz an der Mauer ist komfortabel. Vom freundlichen Vermieter mit dem Code versorgt, öffnet sich die Haustür elektronisch in die hervorragend modernisierten vier Ebenen. Im Marmorbad ganz unten überrascht besonders angenehm die Fußbodenheizung und neben mehr als genügend Handtüchern sind sogar Bademäntel aufgelegt. In der mit allem Erdenklichen ausgestatteten Küche ist alles Notwendige in guter Qualität vorhanden. Die Grundausstattung (z.B. Essig, Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffee, Tee) ist sehr hilfreich. Noch dazu finden sich ein Willkommensgruß mit Süßigkeiten und Getränken und gar ein Kasten Pils! Im Wohn- und Essgeschoss lässt sich gemütlich sitzen, das Balkönchen lädt zum Sitzen zu zweit in einmaliger Lage über der Stadtmauer ein und ein kleines WC erspart den Abstieg über zwei Treppen für jedes Händewaschen. Toll die zwei großen Kofferständer im Schlafgeschoss, wo dunkle Balken und helle Dachschrägen besonders schön harmonieren. Man möchte kaum nach draußen - dabei sind Marktplatz und Stiftsruine, Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants doch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wunderbar!
