Ferienwohnung mit Bergblick, 55 qm Obergeschoss, 1 separates Schlafzimmer

Das Haus wurde im Oktober 2005 fertiggestellt und ist ein Öko-Holzhaus. Daher ist das Raumklima sehr angenehm und auch im Sommer wird es im Dachgeschoss nicht zu warm. Nichtraucherwohnung, keine Haustiere. Ein Kinderbett für Kinder im Alter von 1-3 Jahren wird kostenlos gestellt, ebenso ein Kinderhochstuhl. Ein großer Spielplatz befindet sich ca. 300 m von unserem Haus entfernt. Die helle und freundliche, familiengeeignete Ferienwohnung wurde 2007 ausgebaut und komfortabel eingerichtet. Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage in einer Sackgasse, Waldnähe. Bergblick auf Kampenwand und Wendelstein. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren in die Umgebung (einem der ältesten Naturschutzgebiete Bayerns), oder besuchen Sie unsere Chiemgau Thermen. Es locken zahlreiche Freizeitangbote, z. B.: der 18 Loch Golfplatz in Höslwang oder Prien, oder das Opernfestival Gut Immling mit seinen jährlichen Opernaufführungen. Baden, Segeln oder Surfen Sie an den vielleicht schönsten Naturseen Bayerns, z. B.: dem Simssee, Chiemsee oder einem See der Eggstätt-Hemhofer Seenplatte. Genießen Sie die Berge hautnah und nutzen Sie bei geführten Wanderungen die Möglichkeit viel über das Bergwesen zu erfahren. Machen Sie einen Abstecher nach Wasserburg (dem kleinen Venedig Bayerns), oder nach Rosenheim auf eine Shopping Tour.
Die Ferienwohnung besteht aus Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche sowie einem Duschraum mit Toilette und Waschbecken. Die Wohnung ist für Allergiker geeignet.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge im Chiemgau

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und war sehr sauber. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung und der Ausstattung entspricht voll den Tatsachen. Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur ca. 300 Meter entfernt. Zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Von dort aus gibt es Direktverbindungen nach München und Salzburg. Das Deutschlandticket gilt auch bis Salzburg. Bad Endorf gehört zum MVV, so dass man für einen Ausflug nach München auch nur ein Ticket braucht. Alles in allem ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge im Chiemgau.

Großzügig, super Lage, da ruhig aber trotzdem günstig gelegen (Wanderweg direkt am Haus, Einkaufen ohne Auto, da nur zur Hauptstraße runter). Super Alpenblick. Nette Vermieter.
