The living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen and bar with stools provides a stylish feel-good atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven etc. Valuable cassette doors close the individual rooms. Full HD TV in the living & 1 bedroom, woodburning stove in the living area, as well as washer and dryer in the guest bathroom, underfloor heating and free Wi-Fi. Parking at the house.

Heerlijk appartement in een rustig straatje

Aan een steil straatje naar boven met uitzicht op een park achtig kerkhof temidden van een rustige woonwijk, ligt op de eerste (woonkamer en keuken, 1e badkamer) en 2e verdieping (alle slaapkamers en 2e badkamer) een luxe appartement met een eigen tuintje aan de achterkant van het huis. Het tuintje heeft een overkapping over het terras waar je kunt BBQen, er is echter niet veel zon in de tuin vanwege de heuvel vlak achter het huis. De keuken en badkamer zijn ruim voorzien van benodigdheden, bv kruiden, afwastabletten, een Wii met spelletjes voor de kinderen, handdoeken en beddegoed, alles was aanwezig. Er lag een fijne stapel met wandelingen voor in de mooie omgeving klaar, diverse andere uitstapjes zijn binnen 30-60 min van het huis te bereiken, bv Phantasialand, Bonn, Keulen, Linz am Rein, stadt Blankenberg. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad, bedankt voor de gastvrijheid!

Steile Angelegenheit

Die Ferienwohnung lässt fast keinen Wunsch offen,wenn die Lage nicht wäre. Sie ist top ausgestattet, geräumig und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin erstklassig. Leider liegt diese tolle Ferienwohnung an einem sehr steilen Berg und ist nur sportlich fussläufig vom Ortskern zu erreichen. Wir haben das Auto genutzt. Wen das nicht stört, der wird sich hier pudelwohl fühlen.
