Are you looking for a little break from stress and hectic? Then you've come to the right place. We guarantee that you will arrive and feel at home.

Our cozy vacation apartment offers space for a maximum of 5 people. It is equipped with everything that makes a vacation pleasant, starting with cozy rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large covered terrace with garden furniture. Here you can enjoy a fantastic view over the village with great sunsets. The terrace is bordered by a meadow where the children can let off steam. Hiking trails can be reached directly from our house, including the entrance to the Rothaarsteig. Bad Berleburg is a premium hiking resort and the neighboring Sauerland region also has many varied hiking routes. Other highlights include a climbing rock in the immediate vicinity, the Wisent wilderness approx. 5 km away and the Panorama leisure park approx. 20 km away. Swimming pools are located in Bad Berleburg and Fredeburg. In the village - approx. 200 m from us - there is a village store for everyday necessities with many regional products. A small supermarket is located approx. 2 km from us.

Several restaurants, including the now well-known Stammhaus, and a doctor's surgery are also located nearby.

We are particularly family-friendly, with us there are no excessive seasonal prices during the vacations.

Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung absolut empfehlen…hier wird Gastfreundlichkeit noch groß geschrieben. Ich kann die Gastgeber nur als sehr herzlich und Kinderfreundlich beschreiben. Ich hatte 2 Tage zusammen mit meinem Sohn (7 Jahre alt) gebucht um den Panorama Park zu besuchen ( Park ist mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar)… wir fühlten uns zu jeder Zeit sehr wohl und sehr gut aufgehoben… Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man zum wohlfühlen/ leben braucht. Sie liegt wunderschön gelegen auf einem Hügel mit einem phantastischen Blick ins Tal. Der Dorfladen ist zu Fuß in nur ein paar Minuten gut zu erreichen. Der Standort der Ferienwohnung ist mit Sicherheit gerade auch für Wanderer, Mountainbiker und mit Sicherheit auch für Wintersport begeisterte sehr interessant. Liebe Frau Karl , vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundlichkeit, wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen! Ganz liebe Grüße Oliver & Felix
