I arrived at the hotel only to find out that it was closed, despite having a confirmed reservation. I attempted to contact them by phone multiple times, but no one responded. This was a frustrating and unacceptable experience. In the end, I was forced to find a last-minute alternative at the hotel further down the avenue.
This kind of lack of professionalism and communication is inexcusable. I would strongly advise others to stay away. Management should seriously reconsider whether they’re in the right business or shut it down.
Reception is in the restaurant. I had to wait for check in 20 Minutes as the waitress was serving food and took orders first. The room was old and bathroom from the 70s. Soap and shower gel empty. Some rooms were renovated but not mine:-( The people were very nice and location was perfect for me. For 2 nights it was ok.
