Lange Irrfahrt

Beginne gleich bei meiner mysteriösen Überschrift. Konnte das Hotel in Bad Aibling kaum finden. Mein GPS kannte die Adresse nicht (ok, mein Fehler, kein Straßenkarten-Update). Bei der Methode durch Fragen, war es auch mühsam, weil viele dieses Hotel nicht kannten. Schlußendlich habe ich es gefunden und irgendwie setzte sich dieses Herumirren fort, weil die gesamte Anlage (ca. 6 Häuser) sehr groß ist und in einer riesen Parkanlage gemeinsam mit anderen Nutzern (Vereine, Kirche, Privathausanlagen etc.) liegt. Hotelanlage ist für Seminarteilnehmer und Gruppen sicher optimal. Für Menschen, die persönlicheres Ambiente vorziehen (wie ich) NICHT. Habe ein Einzelzimmer reserviert und ein sehr schönes Doppezimmer erhalten, was den Aufenthalt natürlich versüßte. Das sehr schöne und geräumige Badezimmer lädt auch zum Verweilen ein.

Very happy with our overnight stay at B&O Hotel on way back to England. Very good service, large room, good food including impressive breakfast buffet. Also enjoy the sport centre and good size swimming pool.

Nie nachts anreisen, wenn niemand mehr da ist...

Gebucht mit Babybett. Vorsichtshalber in die Buchung schon reingeschrieben, dass wir nach Mitternacht angekommen würden. Vorsichtshalber selbst noch beim Hotel angerufen um zu lernen, dass dann niemand mehr da ist, aber dass der Schlüssel im Blumenkasten sei und die Zimmernummer auch aufgeschrieben. Ankunft in der Nacht, nix im Blumenkasten, aber dafür in der Nähe in einem Umschlag allerdings mit anderer Zimmernummer. Zimmer auf, siehe da: kein Babybett. An der Hoteltür steht eine Notfallnummer für die Nacht, bei der aber nie jemand abnimmt, sondern immer nach unterschiedlicher Anzahl läuten weggedrückt wird - nach acht Anrufen aufgegeben. Mühsamer unterbrochener Schlaf, weil eben das Baby sehr mobil ist und über einen hinwegklettert und aus dem Bett fällt, falls man gemeinsam einschläft. Insofern auch wieder alles egal, indem ein Unbekannter morgens das Zimmer aufschliesst, weil er es gerade von der Rezeption bekommen hat. Das war insofern eine doppelt falsche Entscheidung des Hotels, weil auch ein Teil der Handtücher versifft war (ohne unser Zutun). Immerhin liess sich der Gast überzeugen, das Zimmer wieder zu verlassen. Eine Mitteilung über Telefon, dass man sich in diesem Zimmer befinde und kein Babybett da sei, hat die Rezeptionistin zwar bedauert, führte aber nicht zu irgendwelchen preiserleichternden Vorschlägen. Gut: Das Babybett wurde nicht berechnet. Und nach dem Auschecken: "Wollen Sie wenigstens einen Apfel? Nein danke.

Ein tolles, modernes Hotel im Grünen!

Wir haben das Hotel als Zwischenstation für eine Italienreise gewählt und wären im Nachhinein gern länger geblieben! Die Hotelgebäude befinden sich auf einem sehr schönen, weitläufigen Parkgelände, die Zimmer sind modern und großzügig geschnitten, der Poolbereich mit Campus-Bar ist einladend und abends schön beleuchtet. Es gibt ein eigenes Gebäude mit allergikerfreundlicher Ausstattung. Bei gutem Wetter lohnt das Komfort-Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse und Sonnenliege. Das Hotel ist Teil des Projekts "Nullenergiestadt", es gibt interessante Holzgebäude zu sehen und die freundlichen Mitarbeiter geben diesbezüglich gerne Auskunft. Das Abendessen auf der Terrasse war ein echtes Highlight, ansprechend angerichtet und geschmacklich einfach nur lecker. An dieser Stelle noch einmal unseren herzlichsten Dank an den netten Grillkoch, der unseren Abend mit bestem Fleisch und angenehmer Unterhaltung bereichert hat. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und ebenfalls zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt! :)

Stilvolles, gut geführtes Hotel in abgeleg. Lage

Wir haben das Hotel anhand der Bilder und guten Bewertungen im Internet ausgesucht. Das hat auch alles wunderbar gepasst, nur die Zufahrt war etwas seltsam, da man zwar kurz aber unerwartet durch dem Anschein nach verlassenes Industriegelände fährt.

Excellent hôtel un the middle of nowhere

The hotel is really good, new, clean and comfortable. The wellness with sauna and hammam, and the fitness (technogym machines) are very good also. I did not try the outdoor pool but it looks nice. Good service and care to customer. I did not try restaurant and breakfast so I will not comment it. One thing to now: rooms are in 4 or 5 different houses, so you may have to walk outside to go to the restaurant/breakfast. But not a big deal, fresh air is good. Also, it is located on a former air base, that means you need a car to go there and away. But the area is very quiet. Drawback: nothing to do there in the evening except wellness or the inhouse restaurant.

Eines der besten Businesshotels der Umgebung

Modernes und schnörkelloses Hotel mit großzügigem Raumangebot. Bezüglich Sauberkeit und Erhaltungszustand ist das das beste Hotel der Umgebung Bad Aibling / Rosenheim, dass ich kenne - und ich kenne einige. Der im letzten Jahr eröffnete Wellnessbereich ist eine Bereicherung und rundet das Angebot ab. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Der Pool ist in den Wintermonaten nur spärlich beheizt um nicht zuzufrieren und daher nur als Tauchbecken nach dem Saunagang geeignet.

Eine ungewöhnliche Location mit Charm und Flair!

Etwas außerhalb, dafür jedoch extrem ruhig gelegen. Mehrhäusig (konversionsbedingt), bei nassem Wetter also mit Schirm zum Frühstück oder in die Sauna. Sehr freundliches Personal Und mit etwas Glück kann man auch das Kulturprogramm in der angeschlossenen Campus-Bar genießen.

Tolles Hotel. Kann ich nur sehr empfehlen!

Wir hatten eigentlich nur eine Übernachtung geplant, es hat uns aber so gut gefallen, dass wir noch einmal eine Nacht verlängert haben. Hotel ist zwar etwas außerhalb Bad Aibling, aber für uns mit Hund war es einfach ideal und zudem mit Auto ein paar Minuten davon entfernt. Sehr große, funktionelle und mit viel Holz ausgestattete Zimmer (wunderschöner Eiche Holzboden, Bad hat allerdings "Normalgröße" und Ausstattung, aber absolut ok), wir hatten ein Zimmer mit eigener Terasse, auch wenn wir sie im November nicht nutzen konnten, für Hund und ihn mal schnell rauszulassen ideal. Frühstücksbuffet super mit vielen regionalen Produkten (z.B. Biokäse) und z.B. exzellente Brötchen (schon lange keine mehr so knackig frische in einem Hotel bekommen). Hervorzuheben ist auch das wirklich sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, so fühlt man sich einfach sehr wohl dort.

Großzügige Zimmer in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben das Hotel sehr kurzfristig gebucht. Bei der Anreise in der Dunkelheit waren wir überrascht über die Anlage, die in einer ehemaligen amerikanischen Kaserne entstanden ist. Erst am nächsten morgen konnten wir bei schönstem Wetter die Anlage besichtigen, die einen sehr guten Eindruck macht. Leider haben wir nur eine Nacht dort verbringen können. Das Hotel ist sein Geld wert.
