The property was very nice. The unit was a condo rental managed by Hosteeva. I had to communicate with Expedia and Hosteeva. A confusing grouping of emails and texts. I received messages from Hosteeva requesting additional info, and I was really sure who they were. I had to call and request my final info to gain access into the unit. I picked this unit over others in the same gated condo complex because of the king size bed and sleeper sofa (w/ picture of the sofa included). There was only a queen bed and no sofa. Only a second mattress under the bed. Also advertised was a washing machine and dryer. It was not what I expected. Only a small plastic tub with motor to wash and spin dry. No laundry detergent was provided. There was a pool and gym. But there was a 150 peso ($3) charge per person per day. Not expected. Overall, it is a nice unit in a quieter area of Bacolod. The TV and Netflix were nice. But, I give a poor rating because it is not as advertised. If they update the posting with real facts, I would amend my rating and call it a good value.
