Our stay at this property was not as expected. There was sand in the sheets and a cockroach greeted us in the entry way upon arrival .The couch was held up by paint cans and very uncomfortable. The pictures online need to be updated to show these imperfections. This property is in a great place and had some great potential with some tlc.

Needing a place to have family come together before an oldest child/grandchild started his before wedding his bride. Everything seemed rushed and harried, BUT this place is what it says it is,.The children (including the 45 year old one) loved the PacMan game!The bed my husband and I had was exactly the comfort level that had me asleep without any effort to do so.Thank You!E

We had a few issues, but our host Brian was wonderful to work with. He was very attentive and responded to our issues quickly. The little beach area at the end of the alley was fabulous. It was a wonderful place to watch the sunset!

Home Away From Home
This home could definitely become our " Home Away from Home". We chose this area to visit with our son and family who just purchased a house in Lake Wales. This roomy, well appointed home was perfect for visiting with family. Our host Brian was always available for communication but everything was perfect at the house and we needed nothing. There are many places to visit in the area and we will return. The only reason I gave location 4 star instead of 5 is the proximity of the state road which can be a little noisy when sitting outside. Other than that this home is 5 star all the way.

Awesome House in Babson Park
We had a great time at this lovely home. It's large enough for a big group, plenty of places to sleep everyone comfortably and very, very clean. The lake is a short walk down a quiet street and has a small beach! The owners even have chairs available to take down with you. Communication was outstanding! The neighborhood is safe and the owners are very kind. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend if you are in town. :)

Great cottage, well equipped.
This house is right off of a main road with easy access. The fenced in yard was perfect for our friends to let their dog stretch her legs. We made sure to pick up after her in the yard and it's clear that other owners have done the same if they've had pets there. The kitchen was equipped with all we needed for a big pasta dinner. The beds are comfortable, dated a little but still fine for a good nights sleep. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths were perfect for our group of 4. Communication with the property manager Brian, was outstanding. Crystal, the cleaning person was hardworking and professional. The neighbors were also extremely nice. Would stay again if we return to the area!

Great hosts, nice house in quiet area near lakes
Spacious and well equipped accommodation with nice garden, in small town near several lakes (nice for hiking, fishing etc). Garden needs a little care, and the house is quite noisy. Nearby Lake Wales has some great places to eat and lake Kissemmee as well as Polk's nature discovery centre are well worth the visit.
