The staff was really rude and was arguing and yelling loudly at guests in the parking in the early morning. It was very unpleasant. They also treated me like I wasn’t a paying guest. Every time I asked for something they made it difficult. Everything else was ok but the staff made it a bad experience.

The room was average size. The bed was comfortable. The elevator was not working, so we had to walk up stairs to the second floor and carry our bags up. The breakfast had a nice variety of items.

Decent hotel. Comfortable but smallish room (queen). Temp control in the room was good. Bed comfortable. The area is kind of industrial. Store/McDonalds kind of stuff is about a mile away. So somewhat convenient, somewhat long drive to get to stuff. Wifi was not good; had to use my own cell service hotspot (and in that area, that wasn't that good--verizon). Could not get TV to use roku nor to cast from laptop. As a whole this is a decent hotel but why can't hotels have good wifi?

After an entire week in hotels, this stay was noteworthy. Our room was so clean and comfortable. We felt safe and secure. I wish all of the rooms we have stayed in for the last 6 nights were this comfortable.

The room was small, although it is pet friendly. Just make sure you call first to reserve a pet-friendly room. The front desk was able to accommodate our stay as I wasn’t aware that certain rooms are only for pets. The elevator was not working which was inconvenient for guests to walk the stairs.

This is a good option if visiting the four corners monument. Quiet, safe little town. You can visit the small Aztec ruins in town that take about 1 hour. Definitely a better option than spending the night in Cortez, CO

They charged $300 for a below Motel 6 quality hotel with nothing around and non-working elevator, no staff etc. just because there was limited availability. He said it was "sold out" but it wasn't. He originally put me on 2nd floor. I asked for higher. He put me in 4th floor. NOT sold out! He had rooms. They just GOUGED weary travelers because there was a biker convention and it was Labor Day. One of the worst hotel experiences I have eaver had. Felt bad for the ONE guy that was there. NO maid service. He was overworked.
