Reasonably priced hotel on Cunda

This is a perfectly nice hotel. It is clean and the staff are helpful and polite. It is reasonably priced for where it is. It has some, rather limited, parking. We left too early for breakfast (catching the ferry) but we remember that, on previous stays, it was good.

Kötü bir deneyim oldu

Kaldığımız oda tatilde herhangi bir insanın kalacağı bir oda değildi,bina boşluğuna bakan karanlık rutubet kokan havasız ve küçüktü.dus başlığı kırıktı,minibar odaya girip kartı takmadan çalışmıyordu yani içeceğiniz birşeyi sogutamazsiniz çünkü kendini bile sogutamiyor Biz 2 günlük farklı yerlerde gezerek tatil yaptığımız ve otelde fazla zaman gecirmedigimiz için idare ettik ama 2 günden fazla bir plan yapsaydım kesinlikle kalmazdim,bunları resepsiyondaki hanımefendiye söylediğimizde ekonomik oda böyle cevabını aldık ama tatile gelen insanlara bu tür odalar verilmez,diğer otellerde de ekonomik oda seçtik ama sadece bu otel için yorum yazıyorum çünkü verdiğim paraya sadece bu otel için acıdım.Kahvalti hariç hiçbir olumlu konaklama deneyimi olmadı

Cunda Adasında çok merkezi bir konumda konaklama ile ilgili beklentilerimizi karşılayan bir butik otel Harakop Oteli. Ev sahibemiz güler yüzlü, terasta güzel manzaralı bir ev kahvaltısı niteliğinde keyifli bir konaklama sundu bize. Temizlik konusunda gelişim alanları olduğunu düşünüyorum. Bu konuda umarım daha dikkatli davranırlar.

Otel yeri çok güzel, toplu ulaşıma ve restoranlara çok yakın, hatta dibinde. Fakat ilk yerleşim sonrasında temizlik yapılmıyor, ancak siz isterseniz yapılıyor. Dolayısı ile çöplerde alınmıyor. Yönetimden çöp poşeti alıp, kapınızın önüne koymanız gerek alınması için. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği ve lezzeti orta düzey. Kahve ikramı ücretsiz olarak gün boyu veriliyor. Bizim gibi gün boyu dışarıda olup, sadece deniz sonrası duş almak, yatmak ve kahvaltı için oteli kullanıyorsanız, tercih edebilirsiniz.

Otel resimlerle alakası yok. Giriş yaktıktan 10 dakika sonra sizi arayarak çıkış yaptım. Yanıltıcı bir satış var. Sizlerle 2 saat telefonda görüştük ben dönüş yolunu yarıladıktan sonra düzgün bir oda verileceği belirtildi. Ben resimleri sizlere defalarca attım karşılaştırın alakası yok. Otel yönetimi temiz ve düzgün oda için yeniden para istedi. Tatilimi mahvoldu. Ve 500 km yol gidip 500 km yol döndüm. Bayram tatili nedeni ile başka yer bulamadım. Bu kadar mağduriyet. Konaklamadığım yerin parası alındı. Dava açacağım. Para iademi istiyorum

Fiyat performans açısından çok iyi

Otel sahiplerinin ilgisinden ve personelin güler yüzlü dostane yaklaşımından çok memnun kaldım. Hotel çok merkezi yerde, düz ayakta yokuş tırmanmakla ilgili sorunları olanlar varsa onlar için de birebir. Cunda'da en büyük sorun olan araç parkı için yakınlarında alternatif park yerleri var. Havlular, çarşaf ve nevresimler tertemiz ve yeni, bu konuda hassasiyeti olanlar memnun kalır. Kahvaltıdaki çeşit ve malzemeler kaliteli ve tatmin ediciydi, eksik olarak kablosuz internet yok, biz memnun kaldık, tavsiye ederiz.
