Was welcomed with a smile 2 am in the morning it's a beautiful and clean place nearby facilities such supermarket and entertainment it was just a stopover to catch a ferry early in the morning but yeah I'd definitely recommend the place

Kötü otel yönetimi profesyonel Hotels çalışanları

Erkenden uygun fiyata rezervasyon yaptırmıştık. Ancak konaklama günü türlü bahanelerle otele alınmadık. Amerika'daki yetkili sağolsun otele ceza kesince aynı standartlarda Zeynep Hanım Pansiyon'da konakladık. Zeynep iyi ama Kadriye'yi tavsiye etmiyorum. Açık büfe kahvaltı ve ortak kullanımlı tuvalet banyo vardı. Mahremiyet ve konfor önceliğiniz ise bu tarz eski konak tarzı yerleri önermiyorum. Ama tarihi ve otantik bi konaklama isterseniz çok uygun. Online rezervasyon yaptıysanız mutlaka konaklamaya birkaç gün kala oteli arayarak teyit alın. Benzer bir sorun 2 yıl önce otelz rezervasyonumda olmuştu ve ortada kalmıştım. Ancak hotels inanılmaz profesyonel ve müşteri odaklı. Başınıza böyle bir olay gelipte çözüm sağlandığında firmaya bağlılığınız artıyor. Bundan sonra Hotels ve ETS dışında kesinlikle rezervasyon yapmam.

Berbat, rezalet, arayıp öğrenip öyle karar verin.

Otel bilgilerinde yazan her şey yalan. Ortak banyo ve tuvalet kullanılıyor. Açık büfe kahvaltı diye bir şey yok. Ayakkabıları dışarıda çıkarıp içeri alıyorlar. Rezervasyon yaptığımız site böyle yalanlara izin verdiği için bizim için son olmuştur bu rezervasyon. Konuk evi başlığı altında yayınlanıp gerçekler yazılmalı. Sahipleri de bi o kadar agresif tek amacı para kazanıp günü kurtarma mantığındaki kişiler. Mecburiyetten o saatten sonra başka bir yer bulamayacağımız için kalmak zorunda kaldık. Temizliğinden konforuna kadar her şey berbattı.
