As one of Küçükköy's oldest buildings, the house was carefully restored approximately 12 years ago. Its original architectural character was thoughtfully preserved while introducing the comforts needed for modern living. From its stone walls to its historic details, every corner tells a story.

Ground Floor
The entrance opens into a spacious open-plan living area and fully equipped kitchen. Beyond the living space is a charming private courtyard with a traditional stone fountain, offering a peaceful setting for morning coffee, conversation, or quiet moments outdoors.

At the rear of the courtyard is a private bedroom with a comfortable double bed. A shared WC is also located on this level.

First Floor
A cozy mezzanine with a double bed overlooks part of the living area, adding a distinctive architectural element to the home.

This level also includes a bedroom with a single bed and private en-suite bathroom, as well as another en-suite bedroom furnished with two single beds.

The comfortable sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space, allowing the property to accommodate up to eight guests in total.
