Konaklamamizdan memnun kaldik. Odamiz upgrade edildi. Otel personelinin restaurant ve beach alaninda ilgisi ve tavrı son derece profesyoneldi. Güler yüzleri icin tesekkurler. Sıkıntı gördüğüm noktalari yazayim, beach alanindaki şemsiyeler yeterli gölge yapmiyor. 3 kisi olduğumuz icin odamiza ek yatak açıldı. Acikcasi ortasi çökük bir somyadan daha fazlasini yapabilirsiniz diye dusunuyorum. 2 gecede belim ağrıdı. Otelin üst katindaki restauranta yasadigimizi ayrica anlatmak isterim. 2 gece pespese rezervasyon yaptirdik. Ilk gece geldik rezervasyonumuz unutulmuştu. Hatirlatmada bulunup yarin da rezervasyonumuz oldugunu belirttik. Ertesi gece geldik ve yeniden rezervasyonumuz unutulmuştu. Yani ne desem bilemiyorum. Bu olayin yasanmasi sirasinda müdür oldugu belirtilen beyfendi bu kadar sinirlenecek bir sey olmadigini ifade etti bana, biz restaurant icinde dikilirken. Neye ne kadar sinirlenecegime karari verebilecek oldugunuz yanilgisina düşmenizi inanilmaz bulduğumu ileteyim.1 gece once büyük bir sise rakı actirip ertesi gun devam edecegimizi soylemistik. 2. geve ise bu rakıyı da bulamadilar. Tabi bu tartışmanın ustune masamiza yeniden raki acilip cesitli ikramlar yapildi. Bu tartisma olmasa acaba bu konu nasil ilerlerdi bilemiyorum. Otele puanim iyi ancak restaurant vasatin bile altında. Mezeler lezzetten cok uzak, tazeliklerinden de şüphe uyandiriyor. Buna ragmen fiyatlar istanbuldan pahali. Oteli oneririm ancak restauranttan uzak durunuz kendinize sayginiz icin

Muhteşem

Muhteşem bir konaklama, teşekkürler Glenn Otel! Deniz çok temiz ve sıcaktı, şezlonglar ise çok rahattı. Yemekler güzeldi, kahvaltı ise çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Hem çocuklu ailelere, hem çiftlere hem de arkadaş gruplarına uygun bir otel. Personel çok nazik ve çok güler yüzlü, ilk defa böyle bir personel görüyorum, gerçekten çok hoş insanlar! Benim için tek olumsuz yanı, 3 gün kaldığımız süre boyunca odamız temizlenmedi; fakat geldiğimizde oda çok temizdi. Genel olarak çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik! Teşekkürler.

Otel güzel, çalışanlar ilgili. Fakat yeni otel olduğu hissediliyor. Çalışanlar istekleri unutuyor, iskeleye sıcak servis yasak derken arkadakiler çayını içiyor, sabahın 8 inde tatil uykusundayken bahçe gürültülü böcek ilacıyla abi geziyor, iskele her adımda aşırı sallanıyor, çarşaflar ve plaj havluları kalitesiz yıkanmaktan tenine batıyor, wc yi kim seçtiyse siyah siyah temizlik hissiyatı sıfır, sahil sürekli yazlıkçılarla dalaşmaca, oda temizleme diye bir şey yok.. Otel güzel, çalışanların niyeti süper, ilgililer ama dediğim gibi biraz daha olgunlaşması lazım. Yeni bir otel. Başarılar.

Not a relaxing holiday

The only positive aspect of our stay was that the owner really tried but unfortunately the staff wasn’t very helpful: 1. Restaurant: Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the restaurant and the service. The menu had very limited options and the staff failed to accommodate our dietary restrictions (due to health concerns). We stayed there for 8 days and we did not receive a single correct order on any of the days - they consistently mixed up our orders. 2. Music: The music at the beach was incredibly loud. Despite calling them before our arrival and making sure there is no loud music, we found out they have loud music all day. Our rooms were also right next to those speakers so we couldn’t escape from the music even if we wanted to. Some of the staff did help by lowering the volume but some other members of the staff would consistently increase the volume again. 3. Location: Due to our rooms being on the ground floor, it always smelled like sewage. 4. Cleanliness: The rooms are only cleaned if we ask for it. Additionally, the beach mattresses on the sunbeds were dirty with a lot of sand - they should be cleaned in the morning.

Otel yolun kenarında. Odamızda ciddi trafik gürültüsü vardı. Beach için otel dışından insanlar da kabul ediliyor. Çok kalabalık ve gürültülü bir müzik vardı. Beklentimiz bu değildi. Rezervasyon değişikliği için Hotels.com Rahul bey ile yazıştık ama sorun çözülmedi, bir yardım alamadık. Otelin odaları temiz, kahvaltısı güzel, çevre düzenlemesi iyi ama dediğim gibi sakin değil. Trafik sesi direkt yansıyor, beach kalabalık ve gürültülü.
