In the heart of this old fortified farmhouse dating from the 13th century, you will discover an ensemble composed of the owners' house and 4 gîtes, on a 4 ha estate, in a quiet area in the heart of the countryside. The gîte La Grange is housed in a typical old building, including 2 other gîtes not overlooked, at the gateway to the Ségala, between the Causse and the hills, close to the Dordogne valley and its major tourist sites Padirac, Rocamadour, etc... We like its vast, bright and original living room with its cathedral ceiling and the care taken in the decoration in all the rooms. We love the presence of various leisure facilities (swing, trampoline, slide, table football, ping pong) and a communal swimming pool. This gîte is ideal for a stay with family or friends, the conviviality is there! The most ? Presence near a mini-farm, for the greatest happiness of the children! Gîte of 106m² on one level and accessible to people with reduced mobility with everything on the same level: a fully equipped built-in kitchen, a lounge/dining room.
