Property consist of 100 m interior space and 100 m outdoor terracing, penthouse has a glazed terrace and another outdoor. As a resident you will have full use of the swimming pool & children pool in season , 3 bedroom penthouse, sleeps 7, with gardens, tennis court, 2 paddle tennis court, children play area on prestigious beach fronted development on the borders of Spain and Portugal known as the Spanish Algarve.
Pets not allowed.
THE BEACH: 7 kms of marvelous fine sandy beach and beautiful promenade, restaurants,paddle tennis, water sports, shopping areas and all the flavour of Andalusia.
