Flat with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, in first line of beach with communal swimming pool, private garden of 125m2 and parking space included in the price, fully equipped. Terrace and garden furniture. Lift, air conditioning hot-cold in all rooms, bed and bath linen, plasma TV, complete kitchenware, oven/microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and everything you need to feel at home.

Dear guest,

 

To arrive from our offices in Punta del Moral to the apartment, you must exit again through the port barrier entrance and continue on Avenida de la Mojarra toward the main and largest roundabout at the tourist exit of Punta del Moral. (You must go straight ahead toward Isla Canela).

Once you pass the hotels (Playa Marina, Playa Canela and Iberostar) continue straight ahead and at the roundabout take the first exit (passing through a rural road).

 

Once this rural road ends, you will arrive at another roundabout and when you pass it you will find the Residential area again. The fourth residential complex on your left is your final destination (Residential Los Flamencos).

Everything with this rental went smoothly, from collection of keys and information, to returning the keys. Management even provided a kettle when we found there wasn't one in the unit. Unit was lovely, all up to standard of photos. My wife thought the beds were too firm, but the rest of us slept soundly. Would definetley use again.
