The staff members were extremely personable, courteous, and attentive to my comfort. I came down with a brief illness, and the hotel keeper even escorted me to the pharmacy, as I speak poor Spanish. The breakfast of fresh eggs, bread, condiments, and tea was a good start to my days. I very much felt at home in this hotel even though I was a foreigner.

The hotel is located near Ayacucho´s main square and is close to local attractions, restaurants and travel companies. Rooms were clean and spacious. There was a table were one can work or have a meal. Breakfast was good: a choice of freshly squeezed orange juice or papaya juice, choice of boiled, scrambled or fried eggs, bread and coffee. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very clean, rooms were very spacious and had a table that could be used for work or even have a meal, if brought from outside. Staff was very attentive. I asked for hot water late at night and a hot cup of water was delivered in almost no time. It took a while for the hot water to come out of the shower but it eventually did. Breakfast was included in the room rate and it was really good. They serve a choice of freshly squeezed orange juice or papaya juice, choice of eggs (or local cheese) and bread and freshly brewed coffee.

Localização próxima a restaurantes e comercio local, café da manha com ovos, suco de fruta natural, pães, manteiga e geleia, café e chá. Quarto amplo, só como sugestão, precisa colocar no banheiro, ganchos para toalhas, roupas, etc.

Buena ubicación, céntrico, pocas cuadras de la plaza de armas, cercano a muchos establecimientos de comida y tiendas, el personal muy amable, el desayuno excelente,limpieza de las habitaciones, todos los días, si hay algo que mejorar creo que sería contar con algunos artículos electrónicos como secadoras o plancha para hacer más grata la estadía.
